I had ~10 trees trimmed/pruned. Rob came and give me the quote and walked me through everything. He was great. Jonathan & crew did a great job with my trees. He was also great.
Communication was top notch. I had one concern I noticed the day after they finished. They showed up and took care of it the same morning I called. I would highly recommend.

So I have never had a tree removed but I received phenomenal customer service from 3 gentlemen and 2 ladies that worked in the office. I have my 1st fireplace and I'm very excited I found 2 stumps on the side of the road and I happened to be driving past the business and stopped to see if they could help me because I saw a tree trimmer sign. I spoke with 2 very nice ladies and thet said they normally remove trees but they had the equipment to help me and asked the 3 very nice crew men outside to cut the stumps. They cut them for me and then even loaded into my car for. Then one of the ladies from the office asks if I need more wood! Which actually brought a tear to my eye because she went out of her way to ask her crew to help and they loaded it for me she gave a another barrel of cut wood free! The reason I wanted to share this if I did need a tree removed I would definitely call them they made me feel like good people are still here, and if they provided customer service to me a stranger who needed help I'm sure they provided excellent services.

I have not had this company come out and do work for me. But I just drove behind one of their work trucks that was all over the road. The driver had his head turned talking to the passenger for most of the time. They clearly could not read signs in English because they did not follow any of the posted road signs. They had all kinds of people honking at them. Also half the time they were driving in a bike lane. Mind you the entire time (a few miles) I was driving behind them we went through three, I repeat three school zones. Hopefully this driver does not hit a child. Maybe you should make sure that your drivers are competent in reading street signs and what the rules of the road are.

Great value and highly professional! Trimmed 2 70' high ash trees that were very overgrown and lots of dead limbs. Very impressed with their skills in accessing every part of the trees, and now our property looks noticeably better. I'm sure they saved these beautiful old trees' lives. Highly recommended.

American Arbor Care has been excellent to work with. We had them do pruing on our two big trees--a sizable ash in the front and a 100+ foot tall Siberian elm in the back. They fixed all the problems that last pruners created two years ago and got them in tip top shape. They also did emerald ash borer treatment on the front tree and elm leaf beetle on the back. Great results! Will definitely be working with them again.

Good price. Great work! These are a couple of the oldest and biggest Hackberry trees in Denver. They look fantastic after their pruning. 50 years younger. The entire crew was great to work with! Even my dog walker said how nice they were in her daily note. Highly recommended.

American Arbor Care is a tree service that I would recommend. In general, they do a good job. If they miss something, for example, some dead limbs, they come back and fix the problem. In other words, they stand behind their word which is not always the case. I have had them do some major tree work twice and I would recommend them without question.
