I gave a friend the information of this company to have a banner done for my church. It was reported that the first person she came in contact with sat at her desk and talked to her very aggressively. The young lady who was trying to talk to my friend was interrupted SEVERAL times while she was trying to assist my friend that I sent to this company for a banner for my church. My friend was VERY upset. My friend asked to see the banner to proofread it before payment and was told she had to PAY before she even looked at it. My friend felt CRUSHED because the attitude that was shown to her felt like she was being DISCRIMINATED against. My friend felt this was a hostile environment due to the attitude and unprofessionalism shown to her during a time she was working towards the uplifting of God's kingdom. My friend was embarrassed and upset and has spoken with several people about this incident. I AM ASHAMED at the fact I RECOMMENDED this company and received the review my friend experienced. I PRAY in some way this can be rectified!!!!

Let me just say, my business was not the easiest to work with. We knew we wanted to rebrand and design new shirts for our team but we just couldn't pull it together when it came on settling on a final design. We changed it so many times I lost count. It took months of back and forth but Lori was phenomenal. She was so patient, kind and understanding and she really made sure we got what we wanted. She is very responsive to emails and calls to confirm changes. Ampersand really provided us with the best price (and experience) for what we wanted and we are so happy to support a local business. Loved them! I got shirts for my husband and he loved it! Such a good gift idea and you can get literally anything! He’s an XL and even with the larger sized printing the quality was still so so good! Will be returning and recommending to friends!
