I ordered the arrangement through Teleflora since I am in a different state. The arrangement I ordered included a succulent, along with other beautiful flower varieties. The arrangement that was made by this florist was nothing like what I ordered. The mosaic vase and the roses were the only things that were the same. I understand there is a need to substitute at times, but these substitutions were not even similar to the original. I feel badly including this, but the arrangement that was delivered was not at all pretty. I have included photos for reference.

i placed my order online for same day delivery. in the notes section i wrote i was happy for any substitution, i just wanted a nice bouquet. i left my contact info. i received an email stating what color flowers would be sent, the bouquet was delivered as promised and it was lovely.

Don’t order flowers from here. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet for my aunt in Florida. I’m in Texas. I ordered them to be delivered on Thursday. They weren’t. I called on Friday to see why and they said they’d deliver them that day. I assume they forgot her order because when she received the flowers on Friday they looked like they were carelessly thrown into a vase with no care at all. I paid for a premium bouquet and what she received was far from that. I ordered directly from their website, not a third party. On Saturday some of the flowers were already wilting (pictures attached of what I ordered, what she received and what they looked like the next day). I called on Friday to say that they did not look at all what I ordered. I sent them pictures and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t refund them but would redeliver them. They never redelivered them. When I called on Monday, at first they tried to say that they did redeliver them but they did not. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because “upper management wouldn’t allow it” I asked to speak with upper management and was told they’d have them call me back. They never did. I called again today (Tuesday) and asked to speak with “upper management”. I spoke with the same lady I’ve been speaking to this whole time and she said “you talked to Barbara the other day and wouldn’t let her help you” no…I didn’t. I tried asking who is upper management and what’s the name of person I need to talk to and the lady started being very rude, yelling at me and hung up on me. My aunt is taking the flowers back in person today but I doubt it’ll do any good. These people are unprofessional, and they don’t deliver on their goods. I definitely should have read these reviews first because I’m not the only who has had this issue with them.

*edit to add* the day I posted this I finally got a call from “upper management. The whole time I was talking to her to first lady was talking over me in the background. Super unprofessional. She still refused to refund my money but offered again to redeliver. They redelivered another arrangement the next day that actually had a bow on the vase and was pretty. I’ll still never order her flowers from here again. It took a week and a headache to get what I paid for.

In response to the owners response: No ma’am. I did not get a refund. But If you’re offering one, I’d appreciate that. The photos I posted were taken the day the flowers were recieved and then the following day. There should be no reason to change the water that soon. It’s clear in your responses to all of these negative reviews that you do not take accountability for your small businesses short comings. You blame your customers.

I ordered these beautiful flowers for my sister in law to be delivered in her hospital room for the birth of her baby girl aka my new niece! I ordered them late the night before, and was able to get them delivered the next day at the time I requested. Surprisingly very affordable! Unbelievable service, asked for my approval along the way and gave me options on vases. Communication was amazing and they followed up after delivery. Delivery was smooth and my sister in law was happy! She said the flowers smell great. I’m very pleased with my experience, 10/10

Don't really understand the negative reviews, but I ordered today and got it within a few hours. It was packed and delivered with care, and they were able to accommodate my flower and colour request on such short notice. They're beautiful. Thank you!

The floral areangement was delivered on Friday, August 9, 2024. The photos were taken August 11, 2024. I drafted an email, however, no response was provided. The photos would suffice.

I came across the website as I was comparing flower prices and arrangements during Mother's Day. Placed the order for 3 arrangements online. Very simple and easy. All of the arrangements were delivered and came out beautiful. I reached out again months later by phone call to send flowers again and Anastasia (the owner) sent me new fall arrangements I could choose from as well that were not on the website yet. She went above and beyond to help me create beautiful flowers at great prices. Her Customer service was top tier and greatly appreciated. I will continue to do business with her even being states away!
