Mike's crew did a great job getting the trees off my house and shed after Milton. The trees were in my backyard. They brought the cut pieces around to the front for fema pick up and kept the piles very neat. Mike Ford and his crew were friendly, informative, and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, an area was demolished that was NOT DRAWN IN OR WRITTEN IN contract, and should not have been touched. A huge mess was left for me to deal with. And, I have to replace plants that were removed by error. Therefore I am very disappointed and must leave a bad review. Also an email to them got no response.

I got a quote from these guys yesterday to remove a huge oak tree right in front of my house. The price they gave me was great and they came out at 8 AM the next day and were finished cutting this tree down and removing everything within three hours. My yard looks great and they cleaned up every branch! The owner and the crew are super nice, answered all of my questions. We are very happy with their service, and I would definitely recommend them!

Arborist Action was very responsive and was able to help us right after hurricane Milton with a very large tree that needed to be cut down immediately. In the midst of all the post storm chaos, they were able to get it done within a week or so of our call. However, my first quote was $8k, then the guys came out and said they weren't able to use a certain machine b/c they couldn't get it through my carport. A case of not measuring twice, or actually not measuring at all. After the first crew leaves the salesman comes back out and tells me $12k. At this point, I just needed to get it done before this very large tree fell down and did a lot more damage, so not much choice in the matter given everything going on. The next day the crew comes out and gets the tree down though they did not cut the stump to the ground due to a steel pole at the stump that the tree had grown around. I think a little extra effort with a sawsall could have taken care of that but I guess the $12k doesn't cover extra effort. Also, did some work on couple of the other trees that did not live up to expectations. To top everything off, their Bobcat machines that they could use turn my backyard completely to dirt and dust, zero care was taken to preserve what little grass was left. Even better the crew left their lunch trash all over my backyard including chicken wings for my dogs to eat, which they did. Glad they didn't choke on them. So, the very charming salesman got his sale but lost any recommendations from us for anyone we know that needs tree work, which is a lot people in our historic neighborhood. You asked for a review, you got it.

Andy was so helpful in getting some large pines as well as a few other trees taken down on property our son and daughter-in-law purchased.. He was very responsive and able to complete the job the next day. The trees were within power lines and his crew were professional and cautious. I would highly recommend them for any tree work.
