We reached out to ArcDesign based on other jobs we've seen in our profession and I am so glad we did. Kim was great in capturing the initial idea my husband and I had and Chris, the Design Specialist, well, we were thoroughly pleased with. I have been put through the ringer with pinellas county for the last 2 years and the staff of Arcdesign had my back through the whole journey. I was very impressed with Arc Design. Randy worked with me till we got everything that I wanted in the plan for my mother-in-law apartment. He was very patient and listened to everything that I said and all of my ideas and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. He had great ideas that I didn’t think of and I am looking forward to the build. I highly recommend this firm.

It has been a pleasure doing business with ArcDesign. Randy quickly turned around the conceptual designs that are presented here. My house is in need of a new metal roof and entrance along with a covered front porch and rear patio. Structural blue prints are on the way, as I am happily going forward with ArcDesign's vision for my outdated home. ArcDesign was recommended by a neighbor who is also a happy customer with a much more extensive project.
