What an amazing experience we had with Arizona Rainfall. It pays to go with the best in the business. Arizona Rainfall EXCEEDED our expectations. The video rendition provided after our initial consult with Tim Brown came to life. The communication was important with anyone we selected for our project and Tim, Roy and Bobby were exceptional and communicated throughout the ENTIRE process. We made changes and additions along the way with our landscape and it was immediately done. Their crews are EXTREMELY polite, friendly and professional. Their crews are in house and truly are amazing. Always showed when were suppose to and daily cleaned up the entire yard. We would use them 100% again in a heart beat. They aren’t the lowest priced but we were not wanting to go with quickest or cheapest, we wanted quality. Quality is EXACTLY what we got and couldn’t be happier. Start to finish was under 3 months! Thank you again Tim Brown and all the amazing crews. We hope you loved all the drinks and snacks provided, because you deserve them and so much more!

Thank you, Arizona Rainfall and Randy Gunsch!! We are new to the Sun City West area and wanted to install a pool and new backyard. Thankfully, we had friends who had used Arizona Rainfall and so they recommended them to us. What a blessing! Randy was our initial point of contact and salesman while we were shopping for a pool and new backyard.Their pricing was very competitive and his presentation was very professional. More than that, Randy met with us daily as the project proceeded. He communicated with us and the workers to ensure a seamless installation. We not only had a beautiful pool installed, but also a Spa, extensive travertine patio, synthetic turf, putting green, fire pit, iron, fencing, and plantings. We just cannot say enough for Randy and Arizona Rainfall’s professionalism! If you are in the market for a pool or landscaping, this is the company you want to use.

Arizona Rainfall exceeded our expectations from the design process to completion. Tim Brown listened to our ideas and created not just a pool design, but a backyard oasis that was exactly what we wanted. He made it easy to select materials for all aspects of the project. Everything new integrated really well with our existing BBQ, bar, and TV area. The firepit they built is unique and inviting. The pool design fits so well for us, and the engineering work is second to none. We love the different levels in the pool that provide all kinds of seating areas for great conversations with friends and family. The pool umbrellas were strategically placed to block the afternoon sun. They packed a lot of detail into a relatively small pool. The self-vacuuming jets work so well that the bottom of the pool is always clean. We never have to worry about leaves and debris collecting in the pool. The various workers were always professional and courteous. Top-notch work all the way around. Work completed ahead of schedule and on budget. No money down until the entire job is finished.
