We are so happy we chose Jeff and his team for our backyard turf project. He made the entire process seamless. From the beginning I could tell he is a perfectionist and it showed in the end result. Our older home presented lots of surprises and obstacles and they did an outstanding job with all of the details. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves every day. I cannot begin to describe appropriately how AMAZING Jeff and his crew is. First and foremost, let me give you the back story...
Two years ago my mother, who owns our home that arTURFicial worked on, was diagnosed with a medical condition that forbids her to perform any hard labor work (including taking care of our lawn.) Within the past year, I have been suffering from an ailment in my dominant arm that causes severe pain and numbness if any type of pressure is put on it. I tried to keep up with our lawn as much as I could, but it was so painful and I didnt have the right tools. Together, my mother and I decided to save money and when the time came, to put turf on majority of our lawn in order to make our lives easier. But, we knew this was a very costly project so we had to wait. Needless to say, our lawn was HORRIBLE. So horrible, that during the time we were trying to save money, we received multiple complaints from neighbors who left anonymous hand written notes in our mailbox (in red ink) scolding us for how poorly our lawn was taken care of. The notes were so nasty and made us feel even worse about the situation. We knew the lawn was bad, it was obvious...but to receive nasty letters in our mailbox from people who didn't even know about the situation we were going through made matters worse. We began to feel like we were being watched constantly and did not feel comfortable even living at our home.

Earlier this month, Jeff and his crew at arTURFicial accepted the job and literally SAVED us. The communication initially was just outstanding. He responded so quickly and was more than thorough in his initial walk-through. He helped to get us the BEST PRICE possible. He and his crew were ALWAYS here on time and worked through and through every day (the project only took 4 days) May I also say how SWEET AND POLITE the crew was. So much to the point that I felt even safer when they were here in case anyone walked up into the yard for any reason (considering the notes left in our mailbox). I know its off topic, but they were here to perform only one job. They ended up getting two jobs done by protecting my mother and I from unexpected/uninvited visitors. We felt protected and that says SO MUCH in today's world. I want to thank Jeff and his crew personally for that

Jeff and his crew also installed walkway pavers that lead all the way out to the street so we can access our mailbox. It is so much easier on my mothers joints now to check the mail and take out trash, etc.

The quality, work ethic, and humble concern and compassion from arTURFicial is just mind blowing. They did a BEAUTIFUL job. We now look at our lawn everyday with nothing but a peaceful feeling. We now don't feel like we have to worry about anything and we have received so many compliments from passerbys since the job was finished just two days ago.

Jeff and Crew, thank you to the stars and back! I wish more people knew about you. It was an honor to do business with you. Thank you a million times for your hard work, dedication, and humanity.

The process was a lot more complicated than I imagined but Jeff was meticulous in every detail, right down to hand cutting the turf around each rock in our yard so that it looked natural!
