Sent this beautiful arrangement for Valentine’s Day! Absolutely amazing in their design, color, vase, and flowers (love the many roses). Great delivery. The flowers survived for over a week, almost two. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant helpful staff over the phone with a can-do attitude, commensurate with the reputation of a great hospital and medical school. Ashland Addison did a great job on this arrangement for a friend's mother who just turned 100! Ordering online was easy and they sent emails confirming the order, provided this photo of the arrangement before delivery, and confirmation of date and time of delivery. The flowers turned out very beautifully for my sons baptism. The floral arrangements were bigger than I expected and were full with great quality flowers. It was so important during these Covid-19 challenging times to keep connections to our loved ones. The Ashland Addison Florist went above and beyond, not only by preparing a beautiful bouquet and delivered it with care, but also helping to arrange this delivery along with the Gift Certificate from another business to complete a Birthday Present (VAJRA Restaurant in Chigago). Thank you so much, a bouquet is such a piece of art! The recipient was very pleased with the present! Very happy how it all worked out, everybody was very accommodating and it turned out to be a spectacular gift! :))

We ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for our daughter-in-laws bridal shower. Ashland Addison did an exceptional job of giving us exactly what we were looking for. It is also a nice customer service touch to get a text when the flowers were ready along with a photo of the bouquets. We’ve used AAF before, and we’ll use them again.
