In the Fall, your company cut down all of my Endless Summer Hydrangeas and other plant/bushes that Grow on Old Wood. I’ve been leaving messages on FB Messenger for you since 12/17/23 without any response to any of them. I’ve even sent photos to you. Here is ONE of my plants from 2021. It was a lot bigger than even that when your company cut it down in Fall of ‘23. No one from your company even discussed our plants/bushes with us before cutting them all down. I left you my husband’s name and phone number to call and discuss and still no response. There is absolutely no reason why you haven’t responded to my messages. Please contact me or my husband asap.

Zero stars. I requested biweekly services for yardwork. They showed up to shovel snow on additional days without communicating this to me verbally or in the contract and they charged the same price as a full day of service to shovel two tiny walkways. I said I would pay for the one day of service but I am not paying for two extra days of service for a tiny amount of snow removal that I did not ask for. They refused a refund for those days. Bait and switch and horrible customer service.

Actually, since I got back on track with you, I'm not sure you guys have even needed to come to the house. Minimal snow and I haven't seen any signs of de-icing, which also we haven't really needed. You have the right email now and that's good. Also, I'm assuming that I will be emailed the bill when you do come here for snow removal and/or de-icing this winter. I'm giving you five stars for last years experience with you. Very happy with the service. Thanks, Dennis

Augusta Lawn Care trimmed the bottom of my Blue Spruce Tree without authorization or notice and forever changed the shape of my mature tree. When I complained they offered to refund the cost of the work to me as compensation disregarding the landscape problem they created. Also I had signed up for winter services yard cleanup and found out "after the fact" that they would only spend the same amount of time cleaning up as they spent mowing which does not make sense. When they were trying to mow my wet lawn should have been a red flag for me. They are a terrible company and a disgrace to the lawn care business. After I cancelled my service they tried to deduct an illegal payment from one of my credit cards but it was declined. When I tried to call to inquire about that payment I found out that they had blocked my phone number and I got a message saying that their number was out of service; however when I called from another number I got through. Regardless of what they say they are just sleazy and I will add my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
