I hired Austin Engineering to create a small subdivision for me. I had never done this before and had a million questions. They helped me navigate every aspect from a water main with all permitting, to easements and lot lines. They also worked with my attorney and local municipality to make sure we had all our bases covered. I had them do some extra work not included in the original quote and they were very fair about the additional charges. I highly recommend them.
