Everything was great, Flowers were beautiful( my wife told me so). Great customer service and I was surprised to see all the other things they had to offer. Wind chimes, garden rocks, vases, and bird cages too! I love birds so hearing them when I walked in was kinda cool.

I am obsessed with my flower pictures from my wedding. I knew I wanted sunflowers and a full bouquet but was unable to give much more direction to the staff. They were so patient and filled in the gaps with absolutely gorgeous pieces for our wedding.

Amazing customer service, care and obvious pride in their work! I called from New Jersey to place an order for a friend who had lost a beloved pet. The call was handled with as much sympathy as if it were a loss of a human. Not only was the arrangement quickly designed, but they even sent me a picture of it prior to delivery to make sure it was to my liking. The arrangement was gorgeous! It didn't stop there. My friend posted a thank you on Facebook for the flowers and mentioned that the gal who delivered them recognized her sorry, comforted her and gave her a huge hug. You really need to open up a place in New Jersey! Thanks for taking such good care of this very special friend.

I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement I ordered for my Mom's 80th Birthday. I was fairly specific with what I was looking for. Without getting into all the details, overall it was extremely disappointing for the price I paid ($80). Other than two roses, it was comprised primarily of daisies and carnations. Also noted, I sent another arrangement to a friend out of town from a different florist for the same amount of money, and hers was gorgeous, very full and unique. I did contact the owner to voice my disappointment and the response was "Sorry for your disappointment. " There was no offer for a better resolution. I would not recommend this establishment.

In response to the owners reply, , sadly I anticipated that she would try to blame the customer rather than acknowledging my response and try to determine a mutually acceptable solution. Yes, I did call to see if they could deliver one day early. But I was extremely clear that I could wait the one day if that would effect the arrangement at all. She assured me it would not. Also the flowers I did request to include, I called over a week in advance about. She said she just got them and they would have not been open enough to use the next day either. I just want to clarify for reviewers. I do not believe I was "all over the place", as I was unfairly described. Hope this helps a fellow customer. That truly was my intent.

I used Ba Da Bloom Flower Shoppe for my wedding this weekend and I would absolutely recommend them to ANY bride!! The flowers were beyond gorgeous - Lisa took my vision and brought it together on a whole different level - it was better than I could have ever imagined! The centerpieces were gorgeous, as well!! Lisa is so kind and easy to work with. 10/10 experience!!
