We are so thankful for Batavia Nursery School! Our children thrives in their learning environment and we have seen so much positive growth within them during and after attending Batavia Nursery School.

Our children have felt so comfortable and loved by the amazing staff. The building is filled with quality people who have a passion for working with children and it shows daily.

Besides preparing children for Kindergarten through the academic aspects, children also do crafts, sing songs, play games and more! Children are able to develop academically and socially in the Batavia Nursery School environment— they make learning fun!

Batavia Nursery School is absolutely fantastic! As a parent, it's exactly what you look for in a preschool. Perfect balance of learning and play and covers all the necessary skills your kiddo needs to learn as a 3, 4, 5 yr old. The staff is exceptional, the communication is phenomenal (I wish I could be as organized as they are!) and it's fun! Creative crafts, super cute Christmas program and fun field trips too. My daughter's confidence has also risen dramatically since she started at BNS and she feels happy and loved there. 5 stars all across the board!

Batavia Nursery School is phenomenal. My husband and I are both Alumni - graduated back in the 80’s 😉 my oldest son attended 3 and 4 year old preschool, my middle child did 3 year old preschool and is now in 4 year old preschool, and my youngest is currently in the 3 year old program and enrolled for next year’s 4 year old program. They have incredible thematic units that are high interest to the kids and they instill a love of learning right away. I love the multiple varieties of learning styles that they incorporate into their daily lessons. They get the kids up and moving often, but there’s always learning taking place, no matter what the activity is! They also offer extended day options and enrichment programs that my kids absolutely love!! Cannot recommended them enough… you will not regret sending your kids here!

BNS has been such a blessing to our family for years. We’re forever grateful for all the amazing teachers and staff and all the wonderful programs they offer. They have definitely made it hard to say goodbye as we go on to the next chapter. Would highly recommend this preschool to any and everyone!

This school was the BEST and ONLY option for our family after trying play based programs offered through park district we found we did not like that approach as I felt I was paying for my kid to hang out for 2 hours rather than to learn. BNS staff was very friendly and welcoming, they offered enrichment classes and stay and play lunch's once in a while. My main reason for going back to this school after trying play based preschool was because I felt this program for 3 yr old and 4 yr old better prepared my children for kindergarten by teaching the kids sight words, paperwork, how to hold and use pencil and scissors and to top it off they had monthly trips to the library to check out books and begin their love of reading, plus fun field trips throughout the year. The teachers were so patient and caring and they even put on the cutest Christmas Concert I've ever attended. I felt this program really got my kids ready for kindergarten and was happy with the results we got, they even taught kids their parents phone numbers and addresses in case of an emergency and name recognition. They even offer financial assistance for families in need and collect items for the Batavia Food Pantry, there is a reason they have been around for so long they really care about the community and live in our community. I often run into teachers out at stores and still stop and say HI because they were so great with my kids. My children are now in elementary school but we cherish all those memories and friendships we made.

Absolutely love the Batavia Nursery! This is my four year olds second year, and I will be sending my son next year! The staff is incredible. So friendly, and love how I can always reach them at any time! Thankful to have found this gem of a preschool!

Great school, my daughter loved going here. Very interactive, the kids are always bringing home fun art projects, even with Covid they figured out how to safely celebrate holidays, there were lots of field trips and the staff was knowledgeable & friendly. Very sad we couldn’t keep going here due to personal scheduling conflicts.

Don’t waste your time, we informed them over 5 weeks ago that we wouldn’t be attending. No return phone call to discuss why we haven’t received a refund. Save yourself time and aggravation, they don’t have your best interest at heart. Unprofessional is an understatement.
