I wanted a specific type of beach chair and called Bay Breeze Patio. Within minutes they had contacted me with their inventory availability and an EXCELLENT PRICE! The price was the price I could get online at a discount place BUT there was no shipping and I could have the chairs in an hour instead of a week.

Several days later, I was again looking at the chair online and realized that both of my chairs I had purchased from Bay Breeze Patio had a manufacturing defect in that they were missing support straps on the chair base. I drove out there, prepared to defend my position and request replacement chairs. To my very pleasant surprise, there was no hesitation in rectifying the issue and they were more than apologetic. They apologized that I spent my time driving to them and said that, if I had called, they would have happily sent someone to me.

It's easy to give 5 stars because a company has good products and good people, which they do. It's more difficult to EARN 5 stars when there is an issue and the company and their people are a pleasure to deal with at that time! That is when true character and service are obvious.

I would not hesitate to use Bay Breeze Patio again and to recommend them.

Bay Breeze has been our go to Patio/Grills store for years because they have the most beautiful outdoor Furniture and the best selection of Gas and Charcoal grills in the south! I called Nicole looking for a particular grill, she had it in stock and assembled it for me within an hour! These are the friendliest and most accommodating folks! And we love them!
