I found the condo 205 to be outdated and actually quite dirty. The porcelain tiles in the living room were cracked and filthy. The kitchen has never been updated and the vanity in the bathroom is nailed shut on one side because the drawers were broken. The bedroom was dark and half the lights didn’t work in the place. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced.

You cannot beat the view and location here. We were in 206 (building 2) which is a corner unit by the public beach parking lot. You can see the draw bridge go up and boats going through the inlet. You can also hear the teenagers on Friday who wreak havoc in that lot.
Our unit was not bad but did need a deep cleaning and the furniture was stained.
The beds were comfortable and it was adequately stocked as far as towels and utensils, cooking items in the kitchen. There are no beach chairs but were four boogie boards.
There were also two cockroaches but the manager was very responsive and sent an exterminator within 24 hours to treat the unit.
You can walk to so many restaurants, shops and bars and cannot beat the sand and beach here. Nice pool. I would probably try another condo next time though.

It was clean. 504 was noisy from being on the main drag. Rooms are very dated need attention bad. Bed in the guest room was broken for 3 days until we went out and bought material and drill to fix it ourselves. Front desk knew about it when we checked in. Maintenance man said he knew nothing until we fixed it. Parking is bad only one spot per condo. Guess room too small for 2 double beds so expect to stub your toe’s and beat up your shins. Located next to the beach pool was nice great view of treasure island.

The dishwasher don't work it didn't even get the soap wet and wash dishes the door knob pulled off the glass table squares are to fragile and thin one broke no broom to sweep up. Three bedroom 2 bath beautiful view nice pool Amazing Sun sets 2600 a week the dishwasher can be replaced COME ON AND DO IT Beach PLACE OTHER THAN THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACATION DESTINATION
