Location is perfect. This place will make you feel at home. Literally everything you need except the bathing suit!!! Heather and Rod will ensure you have a great stay. Bed was very comfortable. Place is spotless!! Highly recommend staying at any Beach Shack property!

Husband and my first anniversary, we spent a weekend in the Flamingo’s Nest 1b/1b apartment. Super cute accommodation with updated living features. Highly recommended for a quiet, quaint, Florida beach getaway. We’re definitely coming back for another stay, might bring more family and friends!

Wow!!! We have stayed at several VRBO rentals, some were OK and some were terrible. What a welcome relief to finally rent an outstanding place. You could say that Beach Shack of Manasota Key is the best possible place to stay. Location is only a block from the beach, close to nice restaurants, and clean. The rental was sparkling clean and the owners, Heather and Rod, have provided so many extras like snacks, beverages, kayaks, bicycles, standup paddle boards, grille, etc., just too many things to mention. They also provided helpful hints for places to eat, beaches, things to do and even provided us with a scoop for helping find shark teeth. We stayed at the Seaglass Inn unit and loved it so much we extended our stay. Best owners ever. They really go above and beyond in providing customer service. We will be back to visit.

Our stay here at the Turtle Cay was wonderful. The place is very nice, clean and quiet and is within walking distance to the beach. Great communication and customer service by the hosts. Easy access with a door code. Snacks and refreshments were provided - how thoughtful! The Turtle Cay is exactly as it is depicted in the pictures. There is a nice enclosed patio area along with a grill and outside shower. Beach chairs, towels, a wagon, kayaks and paddle boards were also provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host Heather was wonderful! Excellent customer service, they were very prompt and accommodating when we contacted her on our first day. The rooms and layout were very spacious as well as extremely clean. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and walking to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed using the outdoor shower, patio area and kayaks. We will definitely be back to the Beach Shack as we visit Manasota Key very often. Highly recommend! 🌞

Everything is meticulously thought out to make your stay convenient and stress free. The outdoor shower is amazing. We wanted for nothing during our stay. Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Shark teeth and shells to be found as soon as you hit the beach!

We had a wonderful experience! We love Englewood!! The host was very friendly and went out of her way for us. We mentioned that we’d love to have a full length mirror for next year if we return and she dropped one off to us that same day! She definitely goes above and beyond. They have thought of everything you may need including some snacks and drinks!! We loved the location; a very short walk to the beach!

Last minute reservation of a lifetime!
Could not imagine a more perfect outcome to booking a day in advance when striking out with several other locations.
Heather and Ron were incredible from the start when I booked the wrong days, they solved my problem on the fly and made my stay magical! The location was more convenient than any others on the island, and ALL amenities were covered. From the beach chairs and umbrellas to Coronas in the fridge, I couldn't have planned a better weekend getaway myself.
Digital locks so no need to remember your keys, the primary focus is on enjoying the island vibes. Clean and perfectly decorated rooms walking distance to EVERYTHING you need are all a part of this stay! We will be coming back, and recommending this Beach Shack to all of our friends and family! Thank you so much for the much needed relaxation and overall incredible vacation!
