After having an old system jury-rigged by another vendor, and all of our back yard lighting underwater due to flooding, we decided to call beacon (based on seeing their work on other homes in old naples) and thank goodness we did. We had a 2-phase project because of major impending landscaping changes, so we didn't want to"overinvest" in our lighting plan right now, but wanted something attractive, durable, that could be easily expanded/changed in the second phase. We mainly worked with Tom, who was a pleasure to work with, being extremely responsive, deductive, creative, and professional. We had one glitch after they finished their install, I texted Tom that night - he got back to me immediately and came out the next day to resolve it. Turned out to be our fault, but his customer service was incredible, especially with so much building and rehab going on around Naples. They are fairly priced, have a knowledgable and wonderful staff at every level, and provide outstanding service - You can't go wrong with them.
