Great service! I have lost count of how many mowers that I have bought off of Josh, somewhere around 9. Simple process, call or text with what I want and a fast response with a price. No messing around back and forth about prices. I have been known to send videos of problems I have had and it gets shown to the right people. In other words, there is service after the sale. There are many places to buy mowers closer to me but I drive the hour to Benton. It is worth the drive for fast friendly service. They have also been good with having the trailer parts I needed for repairs. I love the hustler hyperdrives and have a scag sprayer and push mower. Service department has always been excellent with diagnostic and repairs and work on the equipment when they say they will. At the parts counter, they are knowledgeable and give a positive attitude as soon as you walk in the door. That is worth a lot to feel like you are welcomed and not bothering them by needing something. I have shopped places in the past where when you walk to the counter you are treated like you are an inconvenience, this is not the case.

We get our Scag Zero-turn serviced here every year. They will make arrangements to come pick up your equipment, do a thorough inspection, cleaning, and promptly return it. They have saved us at least twice by catching things like bad bearings before it becomes a major issue.
I also purchased my 12' utility trailer from Ben's. They took care of the title and registration, leaving me more time to get back to work.

Ben's Lawn Service picks my large zero turn mower each November, performs any necessary repairs, winterizes it, sharpens blades, greases it and cleans it. The company then returns it to my home. I'm about 3.5 miles from the shop. Great service and knowledgeable personnel. This company has taken care of this mower for over 10 years and it keeps it operating like a new one.

Bought a New scag mower there. The motor shakes really bad. I taken it back. Mechanic says some shake some don't. I'd like to have one that don't. I have a 100 hours on it now. Still Shakes
