I want to update an earlier review. I was very surprised to get a response from Big Earth regarding the review and their prompt attempt to help me after the fact. Unfortunately, I went elswhere this time, however I will go back again at another time and see if things are better. Kudos though, for responding so quickly. THAT is good customer service

Get all your landscape materials here, they've got it all...! I last purchased 4 buckets of pea pebbles for my fish tanks, much much cheaper than pet store gravel...! Great place...! Plants too...!

What a nice group of people. The quickly helped me and answered all of my questions about St. Augustine sod plugs and the appropriate fertilizer. I purchased 2 trays of sod plugs and they were in great condition much better size and healthier growing pattern.

The staff is rude. Waiting time to ask question is ridiculous, as one guy stands there eating and just looks at you.

2 on phones so I get they can't help. Then 2 other staff walk in and NOT ONE says can I help you. Not the first time this has happened. Clearly don't need the business guess

My lawn people purchased 110 bags of cypress blend no float mulch at Big Earth and have done so for at least the last 7yrs. We have never had an issue with this mulch in the past.
This mulch is pure garbage. It has rocks, sea shells, pieces of pallet board, pieces of plastic, pieces of netting etc. This is not what I paid for. I sent a message thru your website on July 5th about this. On July 11th I heard back from Ellie Fuesser thanking me for the information...but not offering to do anything about it. Also on July 11th my husband put some of the mulch in a bag and took it to Big Earth. He spoke to Payton. Payton asked my husband to take pics of the mulch and email him. Those pictures were emailed on July 11th. I emailed Payton back on July 18th when I hadn't heard back from him. Still no response from anyone....and it is now July 26th...which is the reason for this review. There has been plenty of time to get back to me by now.

I know you can't see thru the bags...but you have the mulch and you have the pictures as proof... I think the vendor should reimburse you and you should reimburse me.
Its a shame when loyal customers make a business so successful that they dont feel they have to be loyal to their customers.I know Big Earth won't miss my 110 bags of mulch every year.....but it's loyal customers that have made Big Earth the business that it is.
