I was disappointed when they refused to take my business. I am trying to build a quonset hut with a one brm apt space and a horse stall and storage area.

The quonset is like a big storm shelter. It will keep myself and my family and my horse safe in a hurricane.

Bluewater Drafting emphasized the fact they only took a week to answer me. They were proud that they didn't just string me along.

Bluewater Drafting and their staff are simply amazing. We started the process of designing our "dream" home almost a year ago. He told us up front that to build what we wanted, it would take time and patience. He was right on both accounts. He surely hasn't disappointed. I have not had the privilege to work with other drafting companies in our amazing county but can absolutely say that Bluewater is phenomenal at what they do. I would surely use Bluewater again with any future plans! Our house was custom and I got absolutely no kickback on the customizations that I made or requested as changes. They are very knowledgeable about how certain changes would effect the overall layout/design & also have a wealth of alternatives that would provide similar results in the event that my changes would cause an exuberant amount of revisions to our overall layout. I also had a very tight timeline that Keegan really pushed to help me meet to get our permit. I cannot be happier with the communication or the finished product. I highly recommend Bluewater Drafting!

I HIGHLY recommend Bluewater Drafting for ANY project, big or small; we are building a tiny house, so we had some intricate ideas to maximize space. We specifically worked with Drew. He was great to work with! He had given us some contacts when we didn't know who to call for certain things, and he offered suggestions. He was very quick to respond, and I usually only communicate via email because that works best for us. The secretary, whom I forgot her name; sorry, was cool to work with as well.

Drew was great, we had to change our plans after the preliminaries from block to ICF. Then the county asked for additional information, they followed up and got it done in a timely manner so that we could move forward. Danielle the front end person was so very accommodating throughout the process, always ready to help. If you’re doing owner builder they are great.

I can't say enough about the talent at Bluewater. Keegan exceeded my expectations in developing my plans out into everything I wanted in an attached RV/Boat garage addition. All Citrus County Building and Community Deed Restrictions standards were fully met in the final plans. No issues with obtaining County or Architectural Board Permits.
I must also put a plug in for the builder Keegan recommended, Mancil Construction, Tony Mancil and every one of his crews are top shelf quality.
