Do not take your Machinery there repeat do not take your Machinery there. The old lady behind the counter is rude and nasty. She will tell you they don't hold things more than a month but yet they tell you it takes two or three months to fix. It's a scam and when you get there, they tell you they don't have it any longer they don't hold things. Despite what the company will write after this post Not everyone who's given bad reviews for this company could be wrong.

BE VERY AWARE!!! Do not take your lawn mower machine here!! Not even if you have warranty thru Ryobi or any other company! Took my machine there 3 months ago and still waiting! I took it for a handle screw issue and every time i called i got an excuse that the person who works on the machine is sick! Another time i called and a motor is being order! ( Why, not quite sure) Third time i get Ryobi involve because i been calling for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone! Now i am being told that the machine was destroyed by me - and the warranty is void because of neglect! How did we escalate to this? Simply because i told the lady that i did not believe in the services her company was doing because of all the reviews i saw online! ( You can see them for yourself and it seems that i am one more of her victims) This is a nightmare! Thank God i have pictures of my machine showing that it was in perfect condition and the only thing that needed was for the handle to be put in place! I contacted the management at Ryobi for them to send a technicians to this place to see what is really going on!
