Forget these folks. They are unreliable. Their schedule of fees is crazy and they seldom come through as promised even with advanced notice. At one time they were very good but since the Dad retired service is awful. They are badly in need of competent management.

They missed me one week .. their mistake. By the time they got back to me grass had gone to seed. When I called the father chewed me out. Said they wouldn't be there til the day of the week they were in my area. Switched services needless to say.

They have no respect for you or your neighbors when servicing a property. They leave their extra loud diesel trucks running the whole time they are on the property. They even do this on a in the early morning and holiday! The truck is SO loud it vibrates windows in the houses and they just don't care. Totally disrespectful of your community. I did find it pathetic that the only 5 star reviews that they received were from family.

I am not a customer and I never will be. I am a home health care nurse and while I was at a patients house this morning I had an extremely bad experience with these people. Banging on my patients door for me to move my car, using profanities, very disrespectful to home owner, and yelling. Very unprofessional. I will be informing ALL my patients and ALL the patients we see all over the area that they should NOT use this company.

Bowles came and cleaned up my jungle as l had just moved to Ocala. WOW, IN 30-40 minutes, l found l had a decent yard. The 4 young men were exceptional and kind and superbly polite.
