Purchased 15 pallets of sod spread out over a period of several days since my husband and I installed it ourselves. Every pallet came in great shape all the way down to the bottom. Great experience. From the first phone call I received amazing service…uncommon these days. Prices are fair and the quality of their sod is 5 star. Every piece of sod on the pallets was fresh and useable. Absolutely no bad pieces. The delivery man-Calvin was outstanding…delivery was on time and he communicated with me regularly regarding his ETA. The pallets of sod were placed flawlessly and where I wanted them. I apparently messed up on my measurements and have to order another pallet. Great people at Boyd and Son Sod

Very happy with the zoysia sod purchased 2 weeks ago. I wanted st. Augustine bitter blue but theirs were not ready yet and the lady suggested zoysia and happy she did. Very nice,soft, and thick grass. Has been perfect for my German Shepherd and 16 month old. Before and after.

I needed a small amount of St. Augustine grass to fill in where I had pulled old scraggly shrubs. I found Boyd's, they were very happy to help me with my small project. They were courteous, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I'm so happy with my new sod I'm thinking about replacing the rest of it. If you need sod, this is THE place to go!

I ordered a pallet of St Augustine Blue by Boyd & Sod. They told me that it will be delivered Friday or Monday. Friday it was not, it was delivered Monday. It looked that the pallet had be on the truck since Friday as it was completely dried out. They it was not. While we watered the pallet the sod were cut so thin that most fell apart when we carefully lifted them from the pallet. I asked about this they said their land is hilly and when the machine goes up or down I do not know what direction I assume that it goes faster down and cuts thinner sods. Guess bad luck for me.
The worst was that the soda were completely infested by cinch bugs. These were not coming from the land mowers as I had specially bought a push mower. They were in the sods.
The cinch bugs quickly killed the grass and moved on to my neighbors. Faced nasty comments from the neighbors and a threatening letter from the HOA. Complaining by Boyd and Son did not help any. Finally they send a guy from Eco pest control. He looked at the evidence and my other beautiful looking lawn, and said they must have a nasty outbreak of cinch bugs on the farm. No response from Boyd and Son. I would not recommend anyone to buy sod from them.
