Fast, courteous, reliable and skillful service. Franco was right on time and listened to my concerns. We noticed water leaking from some heads even after shut off. Fantastic Service, Especially During the Holidays!

I recently had a leaking sprinkler valve that needed immediate attention. I called BrightWater Irrigation on the afternoon of December 23rd, and was absolutely blown away by their responsiveness. They offered to send someone out the very next afternoon – Christmas Eve! While we couldn't make that work with our schedule, they happily accommodated us for the day after Christmas.

The technician who arrived was incredibly professional and friendly. He clearly knew his stuff and worked efficiently, quickly diagnosing and replacing the faulty valve. I was expecting a hefty bill, especially given the holiday timing, but was pleasantly surprised by their extremely reasonable pricing.

BrightWater Irrigation went above and beyond to provide excellent service during a busy holiday season. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of irrigation repair or maintenance. They've earned a loyal customer in me!

The service technician was very professional and helped move one of my sprinkler lines to give better water coverage to my front lawn. He also adjusted many of the heads on my sprinkler system to better cover the lawn. He also adjusted the timing on all areas as the lawn was suffering in some areas. He was very efficient and my lawn is already looking better.

I also work in the home services industry and our customer journey is held to a high standard, therfore a lot of contractors/service providers really disappoint me because I know the customer experience can be done to a higher standard. This company shocked me with how great the customer experience was, and how easy they were to work with. One phone call, talked to one person, she gave me a next day appointment and an estimate and assured me the tech would call me on his way, which he did, and was even early. He got it done in a timely manner, charged me the basic service fee, even tho it was a little more complicated than just coupling a pipe back together, sent me pictures, and even sprayed the driveway off, which I greatly appreciate since this was for a recent customer of mine. I will never use anyone else but this company if possible, I gave their info to every Forman and manager at my company. Their company preforms and delivers customer service at a high level. Thank you for a great experience!
