In response to Daniella Beecroft. Thanks for your one sided story. It's a shame I have to come defend our name again. I wrote everything out on a price of paper to show you how much money we ate. After the second load rejected, your husband called and cleared it up. We sent you what he wanted and I asked to cover half of the second load which wasa total of $92.50. I thin where your confused is the abc we sent that was still wrong was only 8.35 per ton. That what you paid for. The stuff your husband wanted and that was delivered is $18.75 per ton. So when you came back you owed us a credit in difference in material that you originally rejected and settled for the less expensive stuff. When you came in to pay flthe difference and ordered a 3rd load of the $18.75per ton stuff. Yes, it's $200 more per truck load. You then went online and slandered my buisness with lies. Just like im reading on here, so I cut ties with you right then and there. We tried everything in our power to get you to understand the numbers. I even gave you a detailed break down of everything I did when you came to get your money back after i refused to to buisness with you guys. We were out a delivery and a half. I also gave you a 10% discount because of all the confusion. So with discounts you were out $35.00. It's all on that paper spelled out that I gave you. All I ask is you be honest. Something some people have a hard time with these days. If I'm in the wrong, I will do everything in my power to correct it. But being taken advantage of and being scammed is dishonest and that's where I draw the line.

I had called Brimhall Rock in show low, a young lady answered, I asked for 400ft of 2-4in river rock, she said ok paid over the phone, they came to deliver, and there was maybe enough for 20ft. I stopped and asked the driver(extremely nice) how that would be enough, he called the owner right then. They both had Insisted they would take it back and make it right, then was asked to drive the hour to his shop, took off work and did so. I walked in asked for the 2-4 in river rock, was told that's not what driveways were made with, I had explained I have 2-3 I. Of powder and they took pictures of the driveway. And was told it comes from the reservation, and it's just not what's used... so then I ask, a personal. That then would I need? This gray rock...800 a load, me-its high do you have something else that would work? Not really we have this crushed cinders and rock mixed, I had explained in person that that would make things much worse, he had offered to mix 2-3in rock for me, so I said no to the crushed stuff and let go with the other.... yes,.....ok..it's getting delivered and guess what came, the crushed stuff... two loades of it. I called the owner and stayed in constant communication, I had said that's not what I had ordered.... he said I can't keep making deliverys..... and I got upset and said...that's why I'm cutting my losses I just want a refund, all my money is going to delivery fees and I'm not getting any rock... again was told no no no I'll make it right, we must have gotten our wires crossed, and was told he would eat this delivery for 187.00.....so now I'm at a 750ish credit,the ownerthen talked to my husband got the right stuff delivered...550ish....went in yesterday to use said 250ish credit, and was told no I just called it even....that not what was said on the phone So not wanting to be rude I asked for the rest of my credit...45.00, on the last load. I had told the lady yesterday for all the paperwork regarding the situation and I did express I would not be back.
I was charged and i paid all the delivery fee 187.00.....I don't think i was wrong from The beginning but regardless I paid everything and walked walked away, I paid them over 700$ for 500$ worh of rock. Good luck

Rude staff. We bought landscape rock for our home and had it delivered. The delivery driver, Ken, ran into our house while backing up, punching a hole in the siding. After hitting the house he gets out of the truck and yells at my wife for not warning him to stop. After dropping the rock he said Brimhall would send someone out to repair the damage. After six months and numerous calls, the damage has not been repaired. They clearly have no intention to repair the damage. We should have bought from the other Show Low company selling rock.
