I am shocked by the quality and customer care of this company. I called today and have a five year old Berlin Gardens table that I purchased and a couple of the slats had a crack. I did not even buy it from them. They said no problem we will order you an entire new table top from the company and let you know when it comes in and get it delivered to you. I am so amazed that a company would do this when I never even bought the product from them. I look forward to buying something from them in the future as I give them five stars. Nothing but CLASS

We've been looking forever for a 68-inch bedroom dresser. Voila! Decided to try Bronze Lady, and we found one that we thought would work. After returning with a piece of our flooring, we were very disappointed that it was a no-go.

Our salesperson Alyse was so helpful. She recommended another dresser that we had walked by a few times but didn't catch our eye. Since we had a piece of our flooring with us, we saw that it was perfect.

The dresser was delivered at the exact time it was scheduled to arrive. Jonathan and staff carefully brought in the house, and it is just perfect. Love it.

Kudos to each and every team member. Everyone was friendly and helpful (and patient). Next is a new dining table.

This is a very nice store. The products are obviously good quality,and their wall art sculptures are beautiful. But the prices are very high.
Google maps lists them as $$. When talking furniture, I don't know how that translates, but I'd put it at $$$$. Most items aren't priced, a small sofa was priced at $4,000+.

Definitely a lovely selection of indoor and outdoor furniture. We bought 8 pieces of the Berlin Collection outdoor furniture a few years ago and have been very pleased with it. It looks great after all these years of being in the hot Florida sun and is so comfortable! We had a minor issue with our glider, an arm broke. I called and Derek ordered the part and he installed it without any hassles. I’m all about great customer service and that’s how I judge whether or not I will shop again at an establishment or recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Derek for your attentiveness and great customer service!

Nice stuff but pricey. I ordered a comforter for a king size bed and after a few months it fell apart all the stitching came out and it was no longer quilted. Not good quality.

I vistited the Bronze Lady as I prefer to buy local whenever possible. I was in the store on a Thursday & there were 3 other customers (a couple & 1 lady) besides myself. No one greeted or acknowledged me in any way. After looking around the store for about 10-15 minutes I left without any one ever speaking to me. I went elswhere & ordered my sectional. Guess they didn't need my business, so much for buying local!

Everyone at the Bronze Lady is so helpful in finding exactly what you need. The furniture they sell is beautiful both for indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend a trip out to see them.
