Faraj did a phenomenal job! I hired him to be my draftsmen for a project that included blueprints and permit application with the city of Fresno. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, ability to communicate processes with me, contact the city to clarify next steps, and his genuine care for my project. He made sure to gather all necessary info, met with me to go over the project in person, via email and over the phone; and from the start ensured that my questions were answered. He was pleasant to work with and I appreciate his dedication to my case. Because of his great work, the city authorized our plans and I was able to move forward with my business objectives. Part of the process including me acquiring a business license, which was not an easy task to do alone as I was missing some key steps, but his work became essential in order for me to get approved. He is a true professional and I can't thank him enough! I am now the proud owner of the Marry Me Wedding Chapel. You were a vital element to helping me make that possible Faraj!

We had the best experience working with Raj. He walked us through every process so that we were never at a loss and very transparent with everything. He’s very experienced and listens to all of wants and is able to incorporate what we ask for and more. He helped us from beginning til end and got us approved with both the Building and Health Dept. I had a new build project in Santa Cruz county. Trying to find someone who would help get the project drawn was impossible in this area. Faraj picked up the project even though it was in difficult terrain and a difficult county. Just got permits and I'm getting this project on the way. Many changes were needed to make the county happy, and he was always very responsive. Thanks Faraj!

Our last designer quit, had a hard time finding someone for our restaurant project. Raj went out of his way to help us! Not like the other guy, Miguel Corona, he came out took measurements, notes and made our plans the way we wanted! Made changes when needed as working with the city is not an easy task but Raj was on it. Project did take a bit longer to completely but overall extremely happy and would highly recommend!!

These guys are the best. Recently completed blueprints for my 1920s craftsman home in Madera. Easy to collaborate with and their contact line was always open for conversations about plans to include after business hours. Great experience and highly recommend them.

Raj answer our call right away, we were struggling to find a draftsman to create the building floor plan the state required. Within a couple of days, he came out to see the location took measurements and created what we needed. He’s personable and patient, he made changes as we requested until we were content. He’s easy to work with, we highly recommend and would definitely use him again.
