I ordered for Mother's Day and requested NO ROSES in the arrangement. There were four roses put in it and three days later all roses are dead and orange lilies are losing all their leaves. 2nd time ordering from here. Won't be ordering again per request of the recipient.

I am very pleased with my experience with this florist. I have ordered flowers for my mom here many times and have been happy. I just ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day, but there was an issue with the order and she did not get the flowers that I had wanted her to get. After sending an email about the discrepancy in the service, I promptly received a phone call from the owner and she was very apologetic and sincere in her attempt to fix the mistake. She offered to send my mother a fresh bouquet as soon as she can. I really appreciate when businesses have customer care and service like this and are willing to listen to customer feedback. I will definitely continue my service with Bullhead City Florist. 🙂

I ordered flowers for my elderly parent who lives on the other side of the country. When my parent didn't answer the door, TJ (delivery person) called me and went way out of their way to accommodate us. The arrangement was beautiful. Very pleased.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service provided. First of all, I was from out of town therefore I had to rely online photos. I was so pleased to find the perfect bouquet for my wedding. When I called to place my order, I was given a completely different price for what was posted on line. Long story short, I received an all white bouquet when I ordered a blush bouquet. I was very specific as to which bouquet I wanted because it would have been absolutely perfect with my gown. I was very disappointed when my bouquet arrived but at that point my hands were tied. I won't say they ruined my special day but it was very upsetting especially being that I was from out of town and was trusting them to get me what I wanted for my day. I hope this never happens to another bride to be. Very disappointing.
