Everything from accommodating our schedule to pick up on a Sunday when they are closed to ensuring all details of the new boat are perfect for their customer is second to none. I’ve had an awesome experience working with the team at California Boat Co. I just purchased a brand new boat and the process was great. When I first called, I got a hold of Joe and we talked on the phone for an hour and he invited me out to go on a water demo next day. Just one week later I put in my order for my boat. Joe is personable and has your best interests at heart. Financing was super easy and so was boat pick up. They’ve always been very clear and transparent with all communication even when they may have had bad news to share. Just the type of people I like to business with.

First experience was stellar, and will have me coming back again for all my service needs! It was simple and easy to book an appointment for an oil and impeller change. The mechanics walked me through the work once complete, and pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on, but there was not any pressure to do more work than needed. Just recommendations for my next annual service. Upon completing the work, the boat was tested before turning it back over to me. The whole process was transparent and done while I waited! Mike and his team is excellent. I need my boat services done by the weekend so I could celebrate my Birthday with my family and the team at California Boat Co. made it happen. I went to many other places before I found this perfect place and I am a customer for life. Mike has a lot of proud in his job and it shows in his team. I always bring the team snacks each time I got services to show my grateful appreciation for their hard work.
