Buyer run fast! My First time ordering from this place. I placed my order online via website and never received a shipping date. I tried calling but my calls went unanswered. I sent emails but no one responded. This is bad and unprofessional. Buyer beware!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I was eagerly awaiting 3 of these kits to give as Christmas gifts to my plant loving family members. What I received was 3 clear vases from the dollar store with 3 bulbs for $75! I have tried to contact the store via phone and email and get NO RESPONSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered back in April but only received part of it.

This company never sent any of the live plants in the order. Only the seeds arrived, of which all have been planted and only 1 type germinated. The live plants were marked as back-ordered. I have tried both email addresses multiple times. I have tried calling, but no one answers the phone. I have gone through Shopify and asked for a refund. Nothing has been issued. I have received no response whatsoever from this company that, in effect, has charged me and not fulfilled my order. That is stealing in my book. Do not order from here, as I expect this is happening to everyone.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS,, I WOULD! I Ordered in MAY 2023, YES 2 0 2 3! Received my order today, a year and a half later! The bulbs look terrible and after handling the hyacinth bulbs I began itching and getting hives. I immediately washed down and it stopped. Package of bulbs resides outside now because WHAT THE HELL IS IN IT? So, it took forever to get the order and it's tainted! $70 wasted! SCAM!!!

Scam! Do not buy. I am a farmer who bought seeds from many different locations, and chose this one because it had varieties of plants that were no longer available to me later in the seed ordering season. I started the seeds with thousands of other others from at least five other companies, and the seeds from Caribbean Garden seed were the only ones to not germinate. I called the company and they told me it was my fault. Some of the seeds I received were visibly not the type of seed that they were supposed to be, for example, pepper seeds that were actually tomato seeds, And then never germinated at all.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the vendor. They were in the process of changing the website and adding a new phone number. I was informed my bulbs would be sent in mid-October. So we shall see.

I have been trying to contact this company and have got one response saying my order would be shipped in the fall. I placed the order in April and never received anything to date. Again, there is no response on emails sent or phone calls.
I truly hope they send my bulbs soon.

READ THROUGH THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered Shasta Daisies and Hyperion Daylilies. Only received the Daylilies even though tracking said both were delivered. I have tried several times to contact this company regarding the missing plants from this order to no avail.
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
They leave a nice response to reviews but will not reply to emails nor send the missing product! BADDDDDD business!

Wish I could rate it a zero. Horrible experience with this business repeatedly. Dead plants sent to my home and incomplete orders. They do not respond to my many attempts to contact them. They should not be in business.

I wrote again after receiving the fake reply from the company below. AGAIN they ignored my email and didn't respond. They are rated 1.3 for a reason.
