We love stopping in any time of year for outdoor or indoor plants. The plants we have purchased always do well for us, and the staff are always so kind and helpful. They have some very obscure plants as well that are fun to browse.

We completely revamped our front and back yards last summer. We worked with Maddy from design to finish and she was amazing. She listened to what our preferences were (lots of color, low maintenance perennials, etc) and together, eventually (after I changed my mind a few times….mind you Maddy was very patient during process) ,we came up with a great plan. Everything was planted in the brutal heat of last summer. Some plants made it, some did not. I don’t blame the Chalet for this as the weather was unprecedently hot. When we noticed that some plants weren’t doing well, Maddy was out immediately to assess, discuss with her team and ultimately replaced those plants. I know there is a guarantee on the plants but the way the issues were handled was amazing. No questions….just “we will change them out and do what will make you happy”.
The Chalet also came out to do our spring clean up and prepped what will be a great season of watching the garden thrive. Maddy also provided pictures of everything they planted and provided “as planted “ photos and descriptions of their care needed, length of bloom time, etc. The photos posted may look scarce but it’s their first rodeo. The Chalet created what we have dreamed about for years and made us happy beyond our wildest dreams. We can’t wait to see the growth over the years. Thank you so much Maddy and The Chalet! Highly recommend!

I've driven by many times and am so pleased we finally stopped in. This place is fantastic. We spent at least three hours exploring and admiring some of the beautiful and rare plants they have. We didn't leave empty-handed and welcomed home a new plant to accompany our new baby. The staff was so kind and helpful, going above and beyond. They even brought us an umbrella when it began to rain. So many beautiful options. I wish we had more room for it all!

Magnificent. Freshest plants all year 'round and holiday greens. Amazing gifts and home decor. Exceptional designers. The best Horticulturist - Jennifer Brennan. So knowledgeable and helpful. And then there is the holiday season Santa and real live "reindeer." Check them out!

Truly a home & garden heaven. Lotsa interesting items available even for the furry friends. Abundant of pumpkins for Halloween. Don't miss out on the plants which some are from Clesen . 🪴🌼🌱🌿🌻
