We decided to undertake a major project to completely replace our brick and concrete patio. Our first, and, ultimately best decision was to contract Chizmar Landscaping. Chris worked with us during the design phase and showed a lot of creativity in translating our ideas into an amazing plan.

Chris called us a few weeks before our scheduled date and said he was ready to start our project. His crew showed up as promised. The project started on a Wednesday and four work days later our new patio was complete. The crew worked extremely hard. Their experience and professional talents exceeded our expectations.

We cant wait to enjoy our beautiful new patio! Thank you Chris, and, the entire Chizmar team. Highly recommend!

We love our landscaping! Chris Chizmar came to the house and we walked the property talking about what I had envisioned. Chris took what was in my head and made it a reality but only better.

He presented the plan in about a week and it met all of our expectations. Then he listened to a new idea I had for the patio, just a slight modification, and worked that into the plan.

On the first day of work, I got to meet Chris's right hand man, Rosundro and his crew. These are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. They go non-stop until lunch and once that is over they are non-stop again until quitting time. It was really fun to watch them.

The crew started work on a Thursday and they spent two days removing the existing landscaping. The next week everything started to come together and the job was done on Friday, just under budget.

Don't feel worried about choosing Chizmar Landscaping. These guys do a great job and Chris has followed up with me to make sure I knew how and when to water the plants. Every now and then I get a text from him asking how things are. Chris Chizmar knows how to treat a customer.

I look forward to working with him again.

Our project was a rework of a previously installed paver block patio that we were not happy with the finished result. From our 1st initial meeting with his office manager Colletta, we had a very good feeling about this business. Working with Chris (the owner), was very relaxed and positive. He was very interested in our situation and offered excellent options and alternatives to insure we would obtain a "perfect" and cost effective, end result. The actual work crew, directed by Javiar and overseen daily by Chris, was great to deal with. They were very respectful of our home, existing landscape and lawn. Their work ethic was amazing and this was reflected in the finished quality of the project, which was excellent. We would highly recommend Chizmar Landscaping and definitely use them again for any future work.

I have worked with Chizmar Landscaping for a number of years on a number of projects. They never disappoint. They go above and beyond. We recently finished a project for landscaping a new home and we are absolutely blown away by the results. Chis Chizmar is a incredibly competent , creative, knowledgable, honest and stand up guy. He does what his says and gets it done, weather permitting, when he says. His crew is absolutely top notch. They are such hard workers and so very talented and skilled at what they do. They are also very respectful and pleasant . They waste no time and obviously take pride in their work. This was a big and complicated project and Chizmar Landscaping exceeded our expectations. Chris and his team at Chizmar Landscaping are fantastic! Chris is very professional and organized. He came out to my house and spent time walking around my yard listening to my thoughts and making creative suggestions. He helped me create the “curb appeal” I was looking for, while staying within my budget, incorporating my ideas within his professional design to help me achieve exactly what I was looking for. Chris and his staff do a great job with communication before and after the work is done. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions including watering and plant care. I can't say enough good things about Chizmar Landscaping! They just finished doing our front walkway and stoop in addition to burying all of our downspouts and installing French drains. When we started the process of looking for a landscaper, it was a bit overwhelming. We had an idea of what we wanted but there was a lot we didn't know, and it was really important to me to be able to talk through the details with someone and have all of my questions answered. Coletta, the office manager, did just that. She was amazing to work with--so very kind, readily available, patient, and professional. She really won us over when it came to choosing a landscaper to book with. Rosando too, made Chizmar an easy decision for us. Things were made refeshingly simple and straightforward by him. No hoops to jump through to get an estimate, consistent and fair pricing, readily available to pop over with samples or answer a question or concern. He really made us feel like we were a priority. When the work on our project started, we were blown away by the crew. They are unbelievably hardworking, professional, and talented. We watched in amazement as they built our gorgeous new walkway/stoop and buried 8 downspouts in just 2 days. The crew leader, Javier, was so kind and included us when it came time to deciding on the curve shape of the walkway. We got exactly what we wanted. On the final day of the project, Chris, the owner, popped out to see how everything was going and ensure that we were happy with everything. Let me just say, we were! We love our beautiful new walkway/stoop, it has transformed our house. We will definitely be using Chizmar for future projects and highly recommend them to others!
