Good price on a pontoon trailer. That’s the only good thing I can say. Trailer is advertised as coming with retractable ratchet straps in print and the one we purchased did not have them on it. When we asked for them from Steve he said he would order them. That was in the middle of July. It’s now October 26th and I’d like to store my boat for the winter. When we call, Brenda acts like she doesn’t know anything about the situation and we are always told after being put on hold that they have been ordered. Seems to me that Steve will lie to a customer to save $70. What will he do when it comes to a warranty repair that may cost thousands? Buyer beware. BTW, Amazon could have them to me in 2 days. After 3 months of waiting, I’ve been lied to. Ad from his own website is pictured below. All of these facts can be verified by phone records and recorded conversations.

I was having trouble with my boat engine, and it was hard to find a mechanic for an older Mercury engine. After speaking with Steve, I was convinced this was the place.
The one thing that always bothers me is the lack of communication.
So, a week later, I stopped in for an update. Steve said the mechanic had been out. All that settled, his man called a couple of days later and explained the situation. I should be getting my boat back this coming week.

Through the process of diagnosing the problem I was having with my Honda outboard motor and repairing it, they demonstrated to me that customer service is a priority with this business. I ordered a enclosed motorcycle trailer from here and went to look at it Bob the owner took me out to the trailer to inspect it. I found it to be in excellent condition and was shown several places that they had redone or did a special fix on different things. All people present were very nice and easy to talk to.

Never go to a bald barber and never buy a boat from someone who's never been on one. The owner grew up on local lakes and knows the right boat for you. Great deals and a good selection of accessories. Storage and service available too. Easy in and out.

This is my second season of Clark Lake Marine picking up, shrink wrapping and storing my boat. These guys do a great job and are very accommodating to my schedule. They have worked with me and my request for pulling the battery, etc.
