A friend recommended country village power equipment, so we stopped by and talked about my issues with my cart. They took the time and explained what they could do to fix them. Once they got it, we realized there was more wrong then we thought, lucky for us it was all still under warranty. They made all the necessary repairs, in a timely fashion. Everyone from the ladies who answered the phone to Nate who did the work, and John who picked up and delivered my cart, did everything to make this as smooth as possible. Once I got my cart back it ran better than it did brand new. We’re very happy with the service we received, and will be using them anytime we have any more problems, or want to buy a new cart. You have to be crazy to buy from anyone other than Country Village for your Yamaha golf cart. Not only are their prices better, the follow-up is exceptional. Even after they were paid in full they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. They didn’t hesitate to make me happy with a minor issue that meant more to me. Communication is great and if you’re lucky enough to get someone with a mohawk, you’re going to be happy with the final result. Thank you, Country Village for standing behind what you sell regardless of how minor it is to the customer. This a rare quality these days.

I have had a perfect experience at Country Village Power purchasing my Yamaha golf cart. Although everyone I talked to there was friendly and helpful Melody is the one I worked with and she has been spectacular. She has a deep knowledge of golf carts and accessories and whether you need just a little guidance or a bit more like me in building your cart she made it very easy. Every time I had a question she was and still is there to guide me and she’s always friendly. It couldn’t have gotten any easier than this and the amount of money I saved was substantial. I highly recommend if you’re in the market that you look them up, they’re just a short drive south of The Villages. One last thing, I only had a brief wait for the accessories I ordered to come in and a small wait time for the cart to be built, my cart was in stock and I put down my deposit that day.

Purchased a brand new 2022 Yamaha gas 4-seat golf cart. After shopping around the Villages and everywhere on the outskirts, Country Village was by far the best value and quickest delivery, beating the Villages by $1,000 and 4 months on delivery date.

The buying experience was great, the service and delivery personnel are top notch. I just had my 30-hour service done and it was so nice to have their truck come right to my house and do the service in my garage versus making an appointment and driving the cart to a shop.

I was able to get every option that I wanted on the cart that I saw at any other shop, and even added custom lighting underneath the cart which I would highly recommend for a very stunning visual effect.

Definitely recommend Country Village Power Equipment.

I had a totally different experience here. This place has THE WORST customer service for buying Golf cars. Stick to lawn equipment because your golf cart guys suck. Went there to possibly purchase a new golf car. One guy helping deliver a new cart to a couple. Did he even acknowledge me, NO. Then another couple comes in and suddenly another guy(who said he is the new manager shows up and starts to help the couple who just walked in. Did he acknowledge me, NO. He looked right at me walking around and ignored me to help the other couple. Who btw, could have said that i was there first. But, as rude villagers go, he did not. So, i will never go there again or recommend them for any reason. They also do not have ready made models, all the carts i saw were bare bones.
