Absolutely amazing customer service! I feel like we call them daily to check on inventory of random bits and bobs for our job site and they go above and beyond to help us out. Always friendly and jovial, the place is nice, clean and organized. JC at this location and Jordan and Taylor at the other site are beyond wonderful to work with, practically finishing our sentences as we try to figure out exactly what we need for the project. They ask the right questions to ensure we get everything all in one trip. Summer is such a busy season but they are always on top of everything and there is little to no wait to talk with someone. Keep up the amazing work guys!!

Awful customer service. Came in twice to discuss some experimental work to deal with a syphoning issue within an automatic irrigation system. Purchased an item and asked if it was returnable as it was clear to all parties this was experimental. They said yes. Upon returning they refused to refund me the cost if item when it failed me because "if it failed you then they can't sell it to anyone else because it might fail them". Does that even make sense? I bought an item, it was wrong, I wanted a refund or exchange within the a week and I was denied. I questioned their reasoning and the manager told me he was "walking away because he was getting frustrated", as if he was going to hit me? I wouldn't spend a dime here if you can avoid it. They are a bunch of hustlers that don't respect their customers or common business practices.

The folks at CPS are great. I've been a customer since 2008 and they are my go-to vendor for irrigation supply.

I'd say that the guys at CPS are completely helpful as long as the customer has reasonable expectations. CPS is a distributor, not a contractor specializing in syphon design, for example.

"BASS" sounds like a fool.
