Excellent dealership! Bought a new Lund with a lot of additions. Royce was very helpful with the purchase, offering suggestions and accommodating a few changes along the way. Pricing was very fair. We had lots of input into the installation of motors, seats, custom bimini and cover. The entire staff was helpful along the way. Will definitely be going back for maintenance.

I am just leaving a review to see if I can actually get someone to contact me back. I spoke with the service department on the phone about 6 weeks ago to schedule a winter maintenance appointment. I was told I would receive a call back in a couple of weeks to set the appointment. I was specifically told mid-November would be the appointment. Multiple phone calls and emails later and zero response back. I’ve filled out the customer form on your website multiple times with zero response. Called, left voicemails, etc.
I can understand if you are busy and cannot take on more customers but please say that instead of leaving me hanging for 6 weeks.

Hopefully someone who works here will see this review and actually respond back to me.

For reference I bought a used boat privately, that was purchased new at Crowley.

Never owned a boat before...I had heard good reviews about Crowley Marine from several local Bass and Walleye Fishing Guides. Decided to pull the trigger and buy a NEW boat because I am not mechanically inclined. Royce held my hand through the education and purchasing process; did a fantastic job. I made numerous upgrades..some outside the box; no problems. Since the purchase, I have made some additional upgrades, electronics, batteries, switches, etc. Keith and the service department have gone above and beyond accommodating me and the craftsmanship has been top shelf....and Royce continues to be there in the background giving me guidance. It's a top notch run shop. As boat owners, we all lucky to have Crowley Marine here in Denver. The customer service and quality will keep you coming back.

Crowley Marine last week helped me buy a boat, therefore I felt compelled to submit a review. Finding a used boat to use only for fishing was proving to be difficult for me. After conducting some research on the boat brand I wished to purchase, I discovered that Crowley's was an authorized dealer. My boat was ordered after speaking with Royce Powell on the phone for a short while and paying a small deposit. Several weeks later, the boat was delivered, and we scheduled a time to pick it up and complete the paperwork. Everything went really easily, and the mechanic even installed a seat in the position, so we were in and out in less than two hours.

I had an excellent experience with Crowley. They were very knowledgeable, well priced, and had great customer service. Brent was the salesman I worked with and I could not have left happier. Upon returning home, I realized they had not installed a transducer for my sonar. One call to Brent and he sent a tech out (2 1/2 hours away) in a few days to finish the mistake. Very professional response and left me a very satisfied customer. Shop here, they are the complete package!

I purchased a used boat from Crowley Marine January 2022. Brent was very accommodating as I could not take possession until April. The boat had no warranty at purchase. The second time I used the boat it gave me a critical warning and went into guardian mode. I had an extended fishing trip coming up and Brent and Kieth went above and beyond to fix the boat as soon as I brought it in. The problem was not the fault of Crowley Marine and they would not accept payment for the repair. Well done!
