Ralph was very easy to work with, very professional and the communication was amazing for he would reply within the hour with all of the answers to your questions. We had a driveway and walkway done in one day. Ralph and his crew did an amazing job on our project. The workers were very hard working, polite, cleaned up the entire area after the job was completed. Curb Appeal did a great job on our patio and walkway. Very accommodating, the workmanship is next to perfect.
From beginning to end the crew is polite, neat and they clean up the entire area when finished.

I regret hiring Ralph from Curb Appeal for a paver project that cost me $27,000. He assured me to “trust him,” but I feel he took advantage of my trust. The completed work covered less square footage than agreed upon, and when I attempted to address this issue with him, he directed me to his lawyer instead of offering a resolution. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend his services.

We hired Ralph @ Curb Appeal and his team to replace an old deck and install pavers to match the rest of our pool deck . It was a hard job because he had to work around an outside bar .
They did an amazing job . His crew worked very hard and Ralph got everything done in a timely manner.

Unfortunately Ralph with Curb Appeal damaged our very nice in-ground basketball hoop and refused to provide any form of compensation for damages. Very unprofessional overall. While transporting material from the backyard to the front in a bobcat machine, Ralph hit the basketball pole, he did not inform me, and I had to find out by seeing it standing crooked the next morning. He caused irreversible damage despite my best efforts to make it usable and level again. He admitted to hitting the pole but did not believe it would affect the hoop area at the top, and then later claimed he never said he hit it at all. Sent him the link for the same hoop, which shows that brand-new it costs $900 before the cost of cementing it into ground. Would have appreciated him providing some of the cost of a replacement. I paid him $5500 for a 2-day paver job. Very unprofessional in his communication and very poor outcome. Recommend against doing business with this person.

Overall fantastic experience with Curb Appeal for my paver patio. After some initial setbacks due to weather, the crew was able to get my patio complete in less than half a day. Ralph provided great customer service and quick responses to my questions and concerns. Very happy with my new patio!
