I cannot thank Cindy enough for what she did for me. I ordered 6 flower arrangements from another florist who promised on time delivery to the funeral home where my aunt had the service. The florist emailed me in the late afternoon the day before the service that my 6 orders were cancelled due to delivery system down in the local florist. Scrambling to find another florist who can help me out, I found Cindy. She was very accommodating, calmed me down and took my orders for 6 arrangements and set to work. She had stayed late to make sure the flowers will be delivered to the funeral home before the service starts. All the arrangements arrived in the morning before service started. Cindy came through in a big way, she is an angel in disguise.

Recently ordered a large floral arrangement for a dear friend. CV Custom Creations was my first pick although I had not done previous business with this florist. I selected a local florist because Google Reviews were off the charts. Now, I know why! The flowers were handled with great care and matched the example shown online. Received several email updates from beginning to delivery of flowers confirming receipt. But, most of all, my friend was simply stunned by the artistry and design of the arrangement. Flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and very fragrant. When he told me, ‘I don’t know how you found CV Custom Creations, by they did right by you because you can never be sure when you are ordering online’ I knew I had to share how pleased I am with my purchase. His comment, along with the spectacular flower arrangement, is testament to your outstanding reputation. Thank you again!

Do NOT buy from this flower shop. Mediocre quality and very poor customer service. You are better off calling 1-800-Flowers. I received a delivery where the recipient and sender name was misspelled by this shop. I had to call the shop to ask for sending info. Given the sensitive occasion I calmly mentioned it would be worth double checking spelling as flowers can be for important or sensitive occasions. Immediately the woman I spoke to on the phone was hostile, defensive and kept talking over me and cutting me off. She was so disrespectful and insensitive, especially given the occasion. It was atrocious behavior. She made me so uncomfortable. I would never recommend supporting this store now knowing how they treat people.

Misspells simple words on cards without checking to the point it was impossible to decipher who it was from. When trying to explain that this was sentimental and for a deceased loved one and provide some useful feedback for spell checking going forward kept talking over us on the phone. Very rude, dismissive, and defensive for a conversation that was already extremely hard and sensitive to have. I would go elsewhere if you want coherent messages on your flowers as well as decent customer service
