Wow. Waste of my time, my tenants time, and their field personnel time . I set up an appointment 3 weeks ago for them to visit Tuesday. They say someone has to be there, so I arrange this with my tenants. I get a call the day of that their guy is sick. No biggie, they can reschedule for Friday of the same week, tenants agree to set a whole 8-12 slot of another day. They call me at work at 1125 but I miss the call. I call back at 1140. They say I had to arrange payment ahead of i wasnt there. They couldnt bill me? They did no work and moved onto the next job , ( I can understand) but when I called to even reschedule they told me to find someone else! I explain they never told me anything about payment, just that someone had to be there. She says I'm talking crazy talk?! Ive waited 3 weeks for this horrible customer service?! They didnt even communicate clearly that someone needed to be there for payment, and not just to let them onto the property.
What a waste of time.

Bought a New home with a landscape package that the builder had this company put in. 8 months later, one of three palms didn't make it. They are not accommodating and will not cover the tree. The builder will not cover the tree, but normal landscape companies guarantee their tree's for a year. The company is out in my area all the time for new construction lawns and still is going to charge me full price. I would NOT recommend this landscape company.
