Very friendly people, everyone, from the time you walk in the door, to the time you walk out the door.
Extremely reasonable rates on rental equipment. I rented an auger for the day, it was 2:00 and was told don't worry about being there until closing the next day. This was not a tow behind auger, and I had no trailer. NO PROBLEM, just back up to that trailer over there, NO EXTRA CHARGE. Unheard of at most rentals.
Will always check here first for all my rental needs.
You might as well call here first and save your time, you will end up here anyway.

Rented a auger , staff was outstanding and very helpful , price was good even had a trailer for me to use. I killed the battery on my truck and it took me a little while to get it jumped,i was late and they gave me grace on the extra time for returning it. Thank you and anyone that needs to rent tools or equipment use them .

I have used Dacus Rental & Sales numerous times in the past. Most recently, this past week, I rented some floor sanding equipment from them. Their customer service and just overall friendliness is extraordinary. While their big name competitors may try to win your business with a fake smile and pretending they care. The folks at Dacus Rental are genuine, good hearted individuals; that truly want to to help. When I need rental equipment, I won't even waste my time calling around checking prices. I'm going to Dacus rentals. I highly recommend them and once you use them, you will too!

I have dealt with Dacus Rental many times over the years. Every time I go in, they are extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service is amazing, and not just when you are buying or renting equipment. A couple of times, I've had an issue with something and took it in, expecting to leave it for repair, and one of them would take a few minutes out of their way and look at it...even fixed, when it wasn't too involved...right then. Friendly people, fair prices and great customer care. That's a great combination!

Awesome place. Bought a Pro Turn 148 today for our place. Casey was super helpful and the whole process was so pleasant. My wife and I felt comfortable the whole time and this Gravely mower is a beast! Logging the hours is much more fun! Go see Casey. You won’t be disappointed!

They were so super friendly and helpful to us. We needed to rent a post hole digger but didn't have anyway to get it to our house. They were so nice and brought it to us. They were so much kinder than we could have hoped. My back and my husband's back thanks you. And the dogs we will adopt once our fence is up will thank you too.

I ordered some DR Power equipment from KC Dacus at Dacus Rental and Sales and have to say that he and all the folks that work there were very professional and courteous.
