Wow! Jake and his team knocked it out of the park. The minute I met Jake and he started describing his vision for my property, I knew this was the guy! The transformation around the pool was amazing. The attention to detail was great, all they guys were professional, the office staff was responsive, and it was all done on-time and on budget. I'm definitely using Desert Foothills for phase 2 and 3.

Cole came and spent about an hour and a half meeting with me and taking pictures, etc. I needed irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and a landscape design and planting. I realized that I didn't have a huge multimillion dollar home but he assured me I had plenty to work with. A couple days later I got a letter that based on their work load they would only take jobs with adequate budget. Why didn't he just say that up front and not waste my time? I told them up front where I lived and he could see that for himself when I arrived. (Note that I live in a guard gated community and I expect to spend $15-25k on this project.) If you call make sure you clarify with them up front what their minimum budget is before you waste time!
