Having previously retained professional designers for a six bedroom Florida home and two condominiums, it has been a rewarding and positive experience working with Design Solutions. We were introduced to Design Solutions by Mr C Residences as well as reading about them in a featured article in Florida Design Magazine.

On day one they created a team for our project to go over our visions, expectations, preferences, timeline and budget.

Their creative talents were immediately apparent in the detailed layouts they presented. Visiting showrooms with them was a pleasure as they were knowledgeable about the selections at each location. We also observed the strong working relationship they have with their vendors and there was no wasted time. Design Solutions was never hesitant to request custom modifications on furniture or items. Further, Design Solutions was very specific about delivery schedules.

At the Design Solution office, we were introduced to and reassured by the fact there was a finance and purchasing staff, as well as a construction supervisor who would oversee the project. We believe experience is of critical importance in both the design and implementation. Phone calls and emails were always answered timely. We were treated as if this were a $10 million project, even
though our project was at the lower end of their requirement.

Not living in Miami full time, I was a little nervous as I interviewed several design firms. When I met everyone at Design Solutions, I was completely comfortable with them and how I was given the opportunity to take part in the entire process. Working primarily with Richard and Renata was fantastic. I'm sure they wished that most of our communication wasn't by computer and telephone because they are so visual and artistic in their process, which made personal meetings even more pleasurable and fun. I would certainly recommend the Design Solutions team. I loved it the moment I saw the finished project, but what really made me happy was when the previous owner came to drop some things off and I thought I was going to have to pick him up off the floor! He was in total awe and couldn't believe the great ideas that changed the entire look and feel to the space. That was a fantastic feeling! I will certainly use D/S on my next project, which might be sooner than they think!! Thank you Luciana and team!

DS surpassed my expectations in many ways but perhaps their astonishing, elegant, and functional design is the first thing that comes to mind. Luciana provided us with several options and I had a hard time to choose one! Additionally, her team is friendly and competent. We worked very closely with Juliana, one of DS architects. She has great interpersonal skills and tried to align her ideas with our style and personality. They are very experienced with huge projects but treated my Miami boutique project as important too!
