I had ordered the mailbox post bear directly on your website. And you even offered to acknowledge the coupon which I received simultaneously when I confirmed the order. When I submitted the order, I knew I wasn't going to receive it before the end of 2024. That was ok. And as I am an Amazon customer I also looked up the item on Amazon and it was not available. So all was good.

Then came January and after inquiring about the status of the order, you confirmed my order has been postponed for another 2 months. I agreed on that as well and just for the heck I checked on Amazon again.

And guess what? I was able to order the same item for the same original price from your company via Amazon and received it 5 days later! We opened it and were very positively surprised and really love the bear! Can't wait for it to be set up.

The only downfall on this? I didn't get my 15% discount. Am I disappointed? Hell yes!!! Because that means, your company prefers Amazon orders before direct orders and your discount coupons are worth nothing!

My advice: just order your merchandise on amazon, you’ll get it quicker.

Super quality fast delivery bought through Walmart . Com Price was the same if I bought from the maker or Walmart So nice good price great value hopefully it holds up in the florida climate maybe another one some day they have a great assortment and wide range of budgets low to cha ching. I'm going to try to make this simple. I purchase a water fountain from this company a big 4 tear water fountain, came in a huge box on the top of a pallet, open the box and then after two days I cut the box and the foam and placed in the two of my garbage cans, so I no longer have the box or the package that the fountain came in it,
Well the water fountain started to leak and not longer holds water. contacted the company and they offer me of out of the $956.00 only $200 for me to keep and fixed myself, I said no I just want my money back, well for my surprise the only way of me getting my money back is if I boxed this water-fountain back in the box that I no longer have, or accept $200,00 or wait another 45 days after waiting 65 days for this broken one to show at my house in order to replaced this one. If you are thinking of getting anything big from this company, think again, because if you need to return they expected for you to box the item in order to replaced or get refund.

I am highly disappointed, the company has 0 organization, 0 Customer service, 0 friendliness whatsoever. If you order something it almost feels like you are a criminal the way you get talked to. On top they just charge some random fee for packing (very bad packaing as well) would never order from them again. The product on the other hand is fine. Thank you

7 days after placing an $800 online order and DesignToscano hasn’t shipped out my order.
Good luck calling customer service!..They will give you a great run around with no concrete answers.

UPDATE #1: If you have to call more than once, than I advise you to ask for a supervisor right away.
Ms. Diane S. was very nice and helpful.

UPDATE #2: Floor lamp arrived with a big crack and scratches...so now I gotta deal with a return. 🤦‍♂️

UPDATE #3: Two weeks after extra long handling time, unsuccessful delivery, return (at least it was free)
and I finally got a full refund (including shipping charge and tax).

CONCLUSION:
- employees don’t know what they are doing;
- supervisor is great and really helpful;
- definitely won’t deal with this company directly.

I order a small garden statue for mothers day, first it was back ordered until May 3rd, then it was back ordered until May 10th. May 8th arrives I decide to look at the order and now it is back ordered until the 17th. I called the 800 number and the rude lady said, "we are a small company, not like Amazon". So, I wonder does a small company allow for such rude customer service. With customer service this terrible, this will always be a small company. FYI, people would be willing to wait if when they called they were able to speak to a pleasant person, not a rude, obnoxious woman who seems to not like her job.

The delivery service they use is a joke. Our package was delivered twice in 2 days. The second day it was delivered to the wrong address, in the middle of the sidewalk. Someone got to the package before we did. It took 4 days for customer service to get back to us. Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.
