I almost never post reviews, but in this case I felt is was important to let others know before they waste time like I have.

Buyer beware! While I have heard that Ryan does really good work, good luck getting and keeping him engaged. His responsiveness is some of the worst I have ever experienced, personally, and/or professionally.

Ryan came out to look at our property and was going to do a landscape plan that was going to take maybe a couple weeks. Here we are 2+ months later after 3 cancelled face to face meetings, and being assured multiple times by Ryan that he had a great plan in hand to share.

After numerous attempts to work with Ryan I have finally come to the conclusion that he doesn't care at all about me , or my job, and he clearly does not respect me, or my time.

Sorry for posting the bad review Ryan, but you earned it!

Thank you for your response Ryan. While I have been very sympathetic to your personal challenges, and I am very happy for your positive outcome, my problem has been with your responsiveness. Three cancelled meetings, with numerous unresponded to texts, and little to no attempt to reschedule over a 2 month period is just not good business. You also could have forwarded me the plans electronically and billed me for those services, which I am still more than happy to do.

Extremely professional and generous people at Diamond Landscape, with service to match. Had a sour experience with my previous landscaper for overcharging, but diamond was transparent with the costs and services included.

I had issues with my autopay where I unknowingly didn’t pay for a few months, and Diamond never stopped services in good faith.

We are giving this review 3 out of 5 stars because we want to make sure to give credit where credit was due even though we have had some problems. Before we began our entire yard landscaping project, my wife met with several landscape companies, and we chose Diamond because Ryan was so very attentive and had great insight on the design. He personally met with my wife at his nursery and gave guidance and direction. Although there were a few delays along the way due to weather, broken equipment, or waiting on plants/grass, everything was done well and in a timely manner. The yard is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Ryan’s employees worked so hard and were very pleasant to work with. Ryan even came out to help finish while sick with the flu. Unfortunately, once we paid for the project, things began to change. We were a little short on Palisade grass at the end of the project, but Ryan assured us that they would bring some as soon as they got more. After reaching out several times over the course of three months post project, we received several different responses. (Various responses: Still waiting, this incoming batch didn’t look quality enough, we have some extra from another job and will bring it by this week, but never came, etc). We are still waiting for our grass and our project was completed in April. In addition, part of our agreement/contract also included support and monitoring for 90 days after the project. This just didn’t happen. Ryan often took days to respond to text messages, and when we shared our concerns with the health of a couple of our trees, Ryan didn’t respond to several messages from July 18th til August 15th. Finally after sharing some pictures over the phone, Ryan helped diagnose that they needed more water and an appointment was made for someone to come by on August 21st to install some bubblers for our trees and take a look at all of the other plants, but no one came. When my wife texted Ryan to confirm that she had the correct date/time, the text receipt showed that he saw it, but Ryan never responded. At this point, there was a definite trend that we would not receive any follow up monitoring, as agreed upon. My wife called and left a message, politely expressing frustration that we have felt ignored and not valued/our time not respected because appointments have not been kept, but we have not received any communication.
The bottom line is that although Ryan and his team can deliver a beautiful finished product, the quality of care and concern for the customer seems to be of lesser importance. It was a disappointing end to a very exciting and anticipated project.

Right after we had our pool installed, we decided the yard needed an upgrade as well. Ryan and his team came over, gave us many good ideas as well as listened to the things we wanted. We decided to use Diamond Landscaping after his first visit. Although it seemed to never stop raining during the installation period, things progressed well. They installed palm trees, sod, river rock, irrigation, and planted (moved) many of our existing plants. Even with challenges along the way with paver installation and water pressure, he was always positive and gave us the best solution. The finished product is beautiful, and we would recommend Diamond Landscaping to anyone with small or large landscaping needs.

We are so very thankful for the work that Diamond Landscape completed for our home this week!!
We cannot say enough about Ryan. He did not put us off when he contacted us and kept us up to date on everything.
We only wanted the front yard completed with new pine straw, but Ryan heard a concern my husband had and he was quick to have the remedy for it.
Ryan and his crew came the other day. Very professional, clean, respectable, and honest. Not only did the landscaping get completed with new shrubs and pine straw but Ryan and his team dug a system for drainage so that we will not be concerned with the pooling of rain puddles around the house.
We can only say thank you for all the hard work and know we will be contacting you in the future. As well, we will make sure all our friends know about Diamond Landscaping.

Ryan and his crew turned my front yard totally around! When I bought my home there were some unsaveable roses in a not so great looking over grown area but you’d never know now! I love my new flower beds and Ryan keeps my yard looking nice all through the month. Highly recommend!
