They still haven't paid us for any snow plowing work we've performed. They're great at bugging us when there's a possibility of snow. But avoid us when we're looking for payment. It's been 3 months and no pay.

Terrible business practices. They Do not make sure sub contractors are paid in a timely manner. There is no one from accounts payable who can help or provide updates regarding payments. When you ask about payments owed they say they will follow up and never do. When you reach out 4 days later there is still no update. Company provides senseless responses just to still not pay you. There will be continued time buying tactics and you still will not be paid. Now over 90 days and counting…

This company is not honest people at all. Please stay clear from this company. A worker damage my fence Antonio
ensured me, he was going to send a worker out to repair it. The worker never came. I filed a complaint with the City of Chicago because my ward hired Diaz company to cut the grass in my neighborhood. I pray their contract will not be renewed.

Answering service struggles to help you out. Either they are told to not patch you thru to anyone or they physically cannot if someone is calling about outstanding invoices. Looking for the slightest of answers and you get nothing.

Alert !!!Subcontractors stay far away as you can from this company. Trust, humility, and honesty are tested tremendously working for them. Stay far away !!!

Stay clear of this company if you are a subcontractor!!!!!!!!!!They currently owe us a significant amount of money for winter maintenance that we performed for a major retailer and are not paying. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. When you call there office you get an "answering service" whom takes a message and you wont get any return calls. We have a 2 year agreement with them and they haven't satisfied payment for the first year.

Our company is NOT the only one that the DIAZ GROUP neglects to pay as many contractors across the country have reached out to us....

CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!! This was our first time dealing with the Diaz group and we will never deal with them again!

The extreme lack of communication in the company is insane. Take 10 - 20 days to get a response to anyone. we had a snow plowing contract that we got screwed out of $11,000 because of their shifty ways!!!!

Got blamed for not doing our job when we didn't get paid on time once!

I had to threaten to not work the get in contact with anyone when we really needed to!

Do not work with this company!
