Went there today to buy a new side by side. Walked around their show room for 10 to 15 minutes. Not one person came out and greeted us. Walked out and ended up purchasing a brand new side by side elsewhere.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at this location. Very respectable trade offer. Very respectable transaction. The most important part? I gave them very detailed instructions on what I expect when I pick my machine up. They didn't forget ANYTHING! that was the cherry on top! Doug's will be my new local dealer going forward. Just purchase our second machine from Doug’s. The sales process doesn’t get any easier! They answered my questions and didn’t try to bash their competitors which is big for me. They stand by their product and it shows! Their service department can get you in and out quickly, and they encourage customers to call with any questions. Took our Spyder in for a recall and decided to get the oil changed too. We had the oil and filter (bought it from here) as the plan was to do it ourselves but as long as it was there what the heck. Quoted $80 when we dropped it off. Charge was almost $200 on pickup (1 1/2 hr in labor). We said whoa, they took off 1/2 hour. $140 for an oil change with no oil or filter. There's not a lot of dealers around, my best advice is to get any quotes in writing. Not faulting their work or their pricing, but giving a verbal quote and then doubling it is not good business practice.
