Earthmed (Addison) has been my primary Dispensary since getting my medical card years ago. Staff is very helpful and friendly and I always feel welcome when visiting. Their reward system is also a nice perk and look forward to hearing I have that $30 credit. Shout-out to Minnie for helping me today, and for mentioning the review process for me to leave my feedback. With service like this, no need to go anywhere else. Five Stars 🤩!!!

I really wasn’t sure of what exactly I wanted but had an idea of what I was looking for. I was helped out by Diana and I was absolutely blown away by how knowledgeable she was. Diana not only made recommendations for future visits but she was able to help me find a product that day and I really enjoyed it!! I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my first experience at EarthMed today. Mario helped me and was super kind and fun to talk to. He also was really knowledgeable and gave me a lot of great info. Looking forward to purchasing there again.

They never have enough help and management might as well be nonexistent. The cashier yesterday had no idea about their VIP program when I asked her. She went to ask the manager about it, came back to the window and relayed half of the message. Once I asked for the manager, he comes to window and lies, saying the cashier knew about the VIP program and the requirements, but when I asked “If she already knew, then why’d she have to come ask you.” No answer was given because no answer could be given. She didn’t even have any knowledge of the product I wanted to order. They say one thing on the phone, and then when you get there, an entire different story. Not to mention, the change in the menu and prices once you arrive. And if the computers are down, which they happen to claim often, then expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour….especially on the weekends. This is one of the worst dispensaries in the west suburbs. Prices are pretty cheap sometimes but the quality is usually trash. Way better dispensaries in the surrounding areas, with more knowledgeable cashiers, REAL management, better prices and product. I’m done giving this place chances. They suck.

Been a customer since 2020, the staff has treated me so well! Minnie was great on my last visit! Definitely look forward to coming back every other week 🙂
