I have been a regular customer for about 2 years now. I've never had a bad experience with anyone. In fact for a small business that runs at break neck speeds, I'm overly impressed. The owner is a very fair and professional man. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Unlike other places they've never tried to talk me into more products or services that I don't need. I highly recommend them.

Nothing but bad experience.Had Generator fixed their used it once and broke took back Had fixed again and same thing broke again. Also had chain saw fixed their got back went to use it for first time and gas was leaking everywhere. Took back and they said needs new gas line $100.00 they said for 1/2 ft of fuel line. What a joke.never going back again gave them 3 times to show they can make it better.

Response to your response. If I could give a 0 I would. You stated you picked up my mower for free? It was a mower I just purchased from you and had only used ONCE before it would not start up again. Sure, you picked it up for free and then claimed it was the carburetor on a new purchased that needed cleaned. I paid for the service to clean it and it still would not start. Took it to another business and they showed me the dirty carburetor and told me there is no way possible you "cleaned" it. I paid you to do NOTHING. Furthermore, I use non ethanol fuel, yet you showed me a plastic water bottle with fuel in it and said it came from my mower. bahaha IMPOSSIBLE Not only would the fuel leak through the plastic water bottle if that were true, but the fact that you claim there was 8 ounces of water in my non ethanol fuel tank that I had just put into the mower was the most pathetic absurd lie I have ever heard from a business.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Your business and responses to my reviews are childish and pathetic. My credit card and receipt states I made the purchase in April, not February. I did not need to mow my yard right away in April. My second time using it was July and it would not start and still will not start after paying you $59 to "repair it") Being I only drive a sedan and could not bring it back, you offered to pick it up for free (I could have paid) Verbally told me it was the carburetor and that I had water in my fuel tank. (what a pathetic joke) As a matter of fact when I purchased the mower in April you casual told me how people bring in their mowers under warranty and put water in their fuel tank yet blame you. Now I know you just lie and tell people they have water in it. Then went on in a response to my review to say you keep fuel in a special container, yet showed me a Zephyrhills plastic water bottle filled with water and fuel and said that was in my lawn mower that I had only had for 3 months. Any sane person can see you are the problem and fabricate stories to the customers. This business is humorous and abhorrent, horrific at best. I will not keep replying to your amusing made up stories/responses to make you like you did no wrong. Look at your reviews, most all prove you suck as a business.

Bought a lawn mower here and it worked one time. Then it would NOT stay running my second use. They keep a water bottle with oil and try telling people their fuel had water in it. Pretty odd to have water in newly added non ethanol fuel. Then charged me $59 to clean the carburetor on the mower I just bought from them that was used once.
My neighbor purchase a mower from here as well I recently found out that also worked only once. .
