This guy has an attitude issue...hung up on me needing warranty service on a Briggs Stratton. He's not real clear on providing warranty parts service and has no patience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed my Wen 56203i generator when the pull cord starting was not catching. I would definitely recommend and use again if I have any other issues.

Rick said he needed a couple of days to
Diagnose my mower issue and install new belts. He accomplished nothing after a week, not even the belts, which I supplied. Cannot recommend this shop.

My echo blower was having pull string issues, so I called Rick. He was personable and reasonably priced. He had my echo blower fixed and ready to go in a timely manner! Definitely will take my small engine needs to Empire Saw & Mower!

Yes there's plenty of selection but...The guy running it was barely welcoming at best. Was overpriced on the items I bought (gas can that cost more then the empire convenience store around the corner,&a cap for a weedwacker) had to wait to get helped and felt belittled since I really didn't know much about what I was sent to go buy. Won't go here again unless I have no choice.
