Update: Received a call and was given information about 3 month guarantee of sod if sprinkler system installed and since we did not have it installed was given person to call for pest control. Also was asked to send pictures of dead plants and Mark indicated he will work with me. I did appreciate quick response and detailed guidance.
We had sod and small bushes/trees installed June last year as well as other work. Most of the work was good but the sod never turned from dead to alive after planting and several of the small bushes and one tree have died or are turning brown. I hope that with this information this organization will help to correct these issues. We will update review if they correct the issues that have been identified less than a year from planting.

Great Design, Timely Installation and Very Professional! We hired Entropic to do all the landscaping at the home we just finished building. Everything from design, to irrigation, and install. It was a huge project. Randy, Mark and their crew were all great. Professional, hard working, and timely. 👍 They even surprised us with the addition of a stunning Holly Tree at the entrance to the property. Randy had been nuturing it for over 30 years. From design through installation, I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend Entropic Landscapes.

Entropic and Randy have maintained our lighting for almost 15 years. Lighting is beautiful and very professional. Always very responsive, never a problem and offer a quarterly maintenance plan which covers almost everything except new bulbs or parts.

Mark and Randy at Entropic Landscapes are Gainesville treasures and have combined their talents to offer the very finest in landscape plans and plant and tree material. Mark led us from a vine and trash plant infested wasteland to an urban oasis using water-conserving, native and butterfly friendly plant materials, rock scapes, and water runoff control measures. Mark's advice about clearing, irrigation and other trades was very helpful. His "eye" for beauty and innovative thinking resulted in excellent solutions to topographical issues, soil types and heavily shaded areas was greatly appreciated. Frankly, when I learned that Entropic is the business partner of virtually all of the elite home builders in north central Florida, it was easy to give Entropic a shot at achieving our landscape desires. Our expectations were exceeded and I can recommend these talented men and their own nursery cultivated plant and tree materials, without qualification.

We absolutely love our outdoor lighting and are getting ready to add some additional lights. It was one of the best investments that we made for our home. Entropics is a great company to work with and very professional. Highly recommend!

Stay away! Completely unprofessional. Ryan was very responsive early on in the bid phase; he came out and quoted a job for me in July to repair a system he installed after it was damaged by lightning. He said he had all materials in stock and would be out in 2 weeks to complete the work. Then, for the next three months, I called, emailed, and texted every three weeks or so asking for an update on when he would be out. Most of the time, he did not respond to my calls, emails, or texts; but, when he did, he reassured me he'd be out in 'about 2 weeks'. Finally, three months later, he called to tell me he has more important clients who are essential to his business (ie home builders) and he won't help repair the system he installed, after all. I was shocked on the call when Ryan said to me, "I'll give you 90 seconds to make me feel bad about this." After wasting three months of my time and leaving me with a still-broken system he has the audacity to say something like that. Unbelievable. If he didn't want to do this job, he should have told me at the outset, or at least a month or two ago instead of stringing me along so that I could have had someone else repair the system. Now, it's getting dark earlier as we move into fall, and I have to start all over with getting quotes and trying to get on someone's schedule. If you're not a builder who promises long-term recurring revenue, don't waste your time contacting this business. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and no consideration for how his actions impact customers - I would not recommend this business to anyone.
