What a great place! I bought one of their Bonsai’s from Disney and decided to check out her shop and ask some questions. She was so very helpful. I made a couple more purchases and got all of my questions answered! I will say that we had to knock on the locked door because they were all in the back working in the warehouse. They do mostly wholesale orders.

I bought a bonsai seed kit at a store Eve's Garden supplies, and unfortunately discovered it didn't have any seeds in it. But I am sure that this was just a fluke because I called the customer service number found in the box and Brandi helped me get new seeds. Not only did she replace the red maple seeds I purchased, but she sent me two other varieties and a 10% off coupon!! She didn't even charge me for shipping even though I live across the country. Great customer service. I am truly impressed. Sadly, USPS damaged the package in the mail. But that isn't Eve's Gardens Fault. I'm sure most of the seeds are still sprout-able.

Absolutely amazing!! This Bonsai place has made great improvement since the last time I was here!
Love how the Bonsai are looking so beautiful and the place is so much cleaner now!wow I'm impressed.
I was there Saturday, and the cute girl there Sandra was so helpful and welcome me with such a pretty smile 🙂 I'm coming back for another Bonsai!

Awful, dont waste your time. Drive a bit further and go to Artisans Bonsai. Everything is broken and falling down. The bonsai are dying. The store had half of the lights shut off, and a for sale sign on the gate. But, still ridiculously high prices. When looking at pots, no price was listed higher than $15, we selected three off the shelf and they rang up over $100. She said only the broken pots were $15 but other than that sign nothing was marked, and all of the pots were together. The items inside are old and covered in dust.

Personally, I love this place. I think many people saying they have "Walmart Bonsais" are being a bit Prissy and Arrogant. Maybe they are talking about the starters in which I cant argue that. This place has a wide selection of cheaply priced Pottery and Bonsai planters. Its lovely and very...mom and pop/Down to earth. The people there are very pleasant.

Primarily for wholesalers. Not a great place for the every day consumer, unless you really know what you are looking for and what you're doing. They have a great and huge selection though! People who work there are not all that helpful though, because I don't think they are used to in-person consumer customers compared to their wholesaler buyers. Still found a nice pre-bonsai there but it wasn't easy. Honestly, felt like they didn't want to take me too seriously either and just gave me something to get me out the door. They were close to closing though, so that probably was a factor. I'll shop here again but I'll go earlier in the day and be prepared knowing what I need or want before I get there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and spoke to an employee who told me that she did not know what “eves farden” even though I had mentioned the store in land o lakes and she tried to convince me I had the wrong number. When I didn’t budge she told me she did work at Eve’s garden but was unaware of any information I was asking for. It was very unprofessional. I even spoke to eve herself and she told me that she was unaware of how to cancel an order. In addition to this the website also states that it is open today and when I drove to the location it was not. The actual location of the store looked completely run down and unkempt. Truly a bad experience and I never even set foot inside and I work in retail so I understand how frustrating some things may be, but that does not excuse their behavior and unprofession attitude. Definitely not worth it. Check out Green thumb nursery or Artisan Bonsai instead!!! They’re a bit more of a drive but definitely worth it for their beautiful selection and helpful employees
